Marlena helped me find exactly what I needed for a suit. I called 2 hours before they were even open, she told me what they had and when I arrived, led me to the suits, gave me the right fit and it fit perfectly. Definitely would suggest going here for all your suits and dress clothes. Best staff I've seen

I had no idea what pants size I was. This beautiful young lady helped me find my size and helped me pick out blouses. She was so nice and respectful. It kind of made me feel like I was in pretty woman. Because of her I will definitely be back.

This is my new favorite store. I just moved to St Augustine and I live across the street from the outlets and stumbled upon Express the other day and I have been back three times over the past week. Their material is great quality it's super soft and I have gotten a lot of compliments on my new outfits.

The friendliest staff I have ever met at an express. I was in town for a wedding, and needed a suit. Not only did one of the sales people hunt down the matching pants for my suit, BUT oneof the managers in particular (Juliana) allowed us to use the store steamer to get the wrinkles out. She THEN went ahead and actually steamed the clothes for us.

This is probably not a regular thing. They probably only did this because the store was empty. However they didn't need to do any of it. They could have stood behind the counter bored and lathargic. But they didn't. They went the extra mile to give us the best possible experience.

Absolutely love it!!!....and i dont live really close by...its so worth the drive though...ive been needing some new jeans for work and have found that american eagle outfitters not only sell the most comfortable and affordable jeans but have good store hrs as well...i got the two pairs of jeans i was lookin for off a rack that said 19.99 but the the tag said otherwise...a passing employee says just tell them at the register you got it off this rack...i totally forgot due to the time it took to find a top and bottom for the wife...so i was charged 24.99 for both pairs which is still reasonable but it ends up that they honor military past and present and gave me 10percent off which equalled the mishap basically...just a wonderful experience as always though my extreme happiness is more directed at one store i love the entire outlet mall as well!!!

Nice selection it heavily discounted clothing. Store was clean and we'll organized. Staff was very friendly and helpful when approached.
