A visit to the Vans store is always a fun one for me. Was excited to see the new store after it had relocated from a much smaller one in the outlets property. The new location was super spacious and well organized. Great selection of men’s, women’s and children’s shoes and clothes. The sales are very nice of course. On this visit Inhad the pleasure of meeting Chloe, Caelan & Sydney. They were amazingly friendly and professional. The entire staff helped make my shopping visit a comfortable and relaxing one. Overall great and helpful customer service. Got my September coupons ready for my next trip and look forward to another wonderful shopping experience at Vans!

This crew was absolutely amazing. After shopping all afternoon with my teenage daughter who couldn't find anything she liked. We found the store and my daughter ended up spending over $200 in merchandise. We then woke up the next morning from the hotel came back and bought another couple hundred dollars worth of stuff. Amazing people inside dedicated to trying to make sure you get the right gear at the right price would highly recommend for anyone looking for cool merchandise

Customer service and management were exceptional. Staff was very helpful with finding proper shoe size and available shoes for my kidd. Front desk was willing to help resolve gift card issues. Overall experience was outstanding and one of the best costumer services we have experienced in retail.

Definitely impressed with my first Vans purchase. Actually all 5 of us went home with a new pair of shoes. Absolutely amazing being able to satisfy 2 adults and 3 children in one shoe store. No problem finding our sizes and no issues finding a store associate if we needed assistance. We even purchased some laces and the associate was kind enough to lace the shoes. I highly recommend going to Van's at the St. Augustine Outlet Mall even if you are there to experience great customer service.

Wonderful customer service that went above and beyond. Thomas was extremely helpful in making sure I received the best value for my money spent! My daughter is happy with her items and I didn't spend a ton of money to get them!

Every time I visit family in St Augustine I have to swing by the Vans store. Seems like about every other time I’m there I land some awesome deals on all kinds of clothes there. The buy one get one half off deal is going on constantly. Nice staff.

After going elsewhere and having no luck my son was upset when we first walked in..but the staff was Super helpful and Found the shoes my son has been wanting.. even got an additional pair half off. He loved the whole experience there and they turned his frown upside-down!

Good selection today, new store location is a big improvement, not so crowded.

I came in with no shoes and was in need of a specific pair. I was in a hurry and when I checked out with Brooke, she literally laced up my shoes. She could tell I was rushing and was a huge help! Give her a raise, promotion, whatever. On top of her huge help, everyone here is a great help!

I got some great deals at this store! What I went in for they didn't have, but I left with an amazing backpack and hoodie just because it was a good deal and I couldn't pass it up!

First time going, and was very pleased. The service was great the employees treated everyone well and they had a wide variety of options to choose from 10/10 would to again.

This is a great store if you're looking for those rare or vintage Vans. They have it all from women's, to men's, to kids, and toddlers. The prices are not as reduced as you would think with it being an Outlet store, but there is a large variety to choose from.

Great store, cool shoes and you get a lot of variety. But the need to enfore social distancing and advertise their sales more clearly.

Great deals and helpful friendly staff totally recommend this store way better than the one in Ellington !

I was here for fedex delivering packages. One of the girls helping unload the truck noticed my shoes as a pair of vans. "We haven't sold those in 4 years!"
