Today on 11/25/2023, I visited the CVS Store on Cartwright in Mesquite Texas. Just want to say thank you for the old fashion customer service. In the age of AI, it felt great to hear a young man greet me as I came inside the front door. Also, another older gentleman that was dressed in business attire appeared to be the manager and he too greeted me and thanked me for visiting the store. Who does that anymore? CVS staff did. I also used the photo Kiosk and the young gentleman came up over and let me know he was available for any help or assistance. I actually ended up needing his help. He helped me to get my pictures uploaded successfully and one 5x7 photo printed off. It was the smiles, the greetings, and just the courteous and friendly all points of interaction that I really appreciated. This is how you treat your customers. I will be back because of this type of service. Thank you for your service.

This was my first visit at this CVS location and a wonderful lady name Ms. Shiela was SO helpful and professional. She assisted my son & I with UPS service, printing & check out...she made the experience VERY easy and enjoyable. We
loved the warm welcome hello we received as we entered the store as well...it was Ms. Shiela smiling and asked how can I help you? We will definitely visit this location again.

We really like the pharmacy staff here. 3 times now techs have been helpful at getting the best price for the meds- be it an OTC option or running it under a better discount plan. Not all pharmacies would do that, and we really appreciate them. I'll take a little slower service for that level of care.

Cashier Sheila made my visit as pleasant as possible. She offered her help with signing up for the care pass and redeeming my card's coupons. Will be coming back

The only employee in the pharmacy department who is very kind, polite, and helpful was the pharmacist Chiddy!!! I was there to get my COVID vaccine but I am scared of needles. However it didn’t even hurt, I didn’t even feel it. Chiddy is amazing!!!

I love my pharmacist. She’s always taking care of me & my husband making sure our meds don’t counteract with another one!!!

I am delighted to make my purchases in this store, the cashiers are always friendly and respectful, I regularly visit this cvs, it is a little away from my house but I prefer it because of the friendly treatment of the staff who work there.

I just switched to this pharmacy for it’s customer service and efficiency. I am glad I finally switched from my old Pharmacy.

Store cashier helpful with pricing issue and advised me of my available coupons.

I'm not sure where the other reviewers are shopping, but the service I receive here is, bar none, some of the most personable and helpful that I've ever experienced.

The costumer service is excellent i love it here... All my friends and i come here all the time and the cashier Angela Chavez is awsome we all love her she has great costumer service skills 👍verry helpfull
