I still can't believe I'm leaving, it was relatively short but it felt like a lifetime, in a great way! To anybody reading this, SHOP AT THIS STORE same for anybody looking for work! The people here are great and kindhearted people that do their job well. I was at the ups store on blanding and i was helped by Devonte. He was excelle t he was able to multitask with all of my faxing and email needs while the store was really busy able to help me while attending other guests as well definitely a 5 stars or 10 out of 10 thank you again Devonte

Will working on a Saturday alone🤔. I came to buy a UPS Store box for the year. I saw the flux of customers that was coming in and told him to deal with them first. I was in no rush. I watched Will assist a customer with finger prints, notary services, AT&t equipment returns, printing tickets from email and various UPS mailing services. Will did an AWESOME job assisting ALL customers, staying professional and moving the customers in and out of the store. My five star review isn't for this store. It's for Will! All of the customers that were there this morning with me, we ALL agreed there should have been 2 people there. The employees make or break the business. To the owner of this store you need more employees like Will.
And to keep employees like Will, he needs a raise! He could easily get a job somewhere else with his awesome work ethic!

Professional & reliable associates that used to play really cool music but not so much lately. I visit often to make Amazon returns and I dread going anywhere these days, but the guys here on Saturday usually make it a good and fast experience!

Quick drop off. Has the Amazon kiosk for do it yourself returns. Always helpful staff

There was an issue in a customers end - it was an Amazon return - and they were trying to figure out and help the customer with least inconvenience...even though it wasn't their fault.

This store and staff are fantastic. I have had two business mailboxes here for several years and I periodically have presentations printed and prepared in this store. The manager has always been extremely helpful and professional and the employees are consistently friendly and fast. This week I had a 50-page presentation for which I needed multiple copies printed and bound. I sent it to this store a half hour before they closed and not only did Kaleb and Jackie do a fantastic job on a rush order, but they ended up staying well-past closing time to get it done. I am very appreciative of the fact that I have always had a positive experience as a mailbox customer, however when employees go out of their way to stay late and finish my project for me, this was yet another reminder of this store’s commitment to excellence in customer service.

Again I can't say enough about this UPS store! The staff there are experts at figuring out what works best for the customers needs! I can only hope that Mr. Jeffrey will always keep his team happily employed & if he hasn't already, give them a raise, my suggestion is to do it! It's so nice to come in & be greeted by your name & know that you're more than a customer to Dorothy & Bradon! Without them, you wouldn't be the best UPS store around!! 👏👏👏!

I had a last minute need to fax and ship overnight documents from two different locations so that a wedding could proceed. I worked with Roy and Ben to accomplish this on a Saturday two hours before closing. It was an impossible task, but with their help, knowledge, and efficiency, we did it. We faxed documents, had them signed, and sent them off. I would like to personally thank Roy and Ben for their professional assistance. My fathers wedding would not have happened if not for their professional service and follow up via phone and email. Absolutely Stellar!!!

I love coming in here! Colin and Dorothy are two of the most awesome people I have ever met!! They always greet me by name and make me feel welcome. They appreciate my business and make my transactions a breeze.

Brandon is a AMAZING!!! After I kept being charged on my credit card by Luminess Air for products I returned and they received. He helped me locate the tracking number to rid this issue with them. Great Job Brandon!!
