As a repeat customer, I love the frame shop at this store. They are professional and never disappoints. The main guy knows his way around the frames, makes great suggestions, and produces flawless work.

This rating is for the framing shop specifically.......professional, talented, they have the ability to do a preview of the framing chosen for your art.

They always have good sales and coupons. I can usually find what I'm looking for here. I like the point system they have being a member. I save a lot of money.

I love their custom framing. Super easy and great experience. The frames are a lot higher quality than other stores, like Hobby Lobby, that take shortcuts and cut corners.

All three frames from this location have been amazing and never had an issue. Clean jobs with amazing outcomes.

The people that work here are lovely 🌹 I am sure it isn't easy smiling through at the end of the day. And I'm definitely sure it isn't easy juggling training and customers, but you all are making it seem seamless. The store is one of the cleanest I have seen. It was so hard not to buy something from every aisle! It was also nice being in a store where the sales are easily spotted and they were so helpful with the app! Lovely experience. Actually worth braving blanding traffic 😅

The cashier was very helpful. She was very informative of the many coupons a customer can utilize towards a purchase as well as if you are a rewards member within the app. Thank You!♥

Stopped in to grab a online pickup. Very easy. I waited in line (I didn’t know) but it turns out they have the pickup right by the door. Organized by last name. The cashier was super nice and helped me.

Love this store. Great staff who always manages to find everything I need. Good selection of craft and other products. I love the coupons they send out nearly everyday to your phone. I’m all about saving money. Make sure to download the app so you can get the coupons too’ Also very Clean store. They also keep inventory stocked well. When not stocked well. They helped me find some yarn from a different Michael’s. They called the other store and had it put on hold until I could get there. They go above and beyond!

I craft, so I love Michaels. I bought a Cricut because their 20% off sale applied to them. Cricut stuff seldom goes on sale except at the website, so it was nice being able to see and hold the machine and still save some money.

Went in for Michael's gift cards and was surprised to see they sell all kinds of gift cards. I was able to get all the gift cards I needed in one place. I love the friendly cashiers, it was a win win for me!

If you're looking for big yarn and fabric selections, go a few doors down and hit Joanne's, but if you have eclectic hobbies, they'll have SOMETHING for everyone. A jack of all trades of crafting and hobby ideas.

Clean store, friendly staff, great deals/ discounts. The model car aisle was bare of almost all modeling tools, cements, and paints, but other alternatives could be found elsewhere in the store.
