I use the self-service copiers.. I spend a lot of money there making copies (could have purchased one) which does allow me to gain reward $$$ that I am able to apply towards merchandise ...

This establishment, is conveniently located on the strip in the River City Plaza, visible in traffic with pretty much all your possibly looking for when it comes to office supplies such as personal PC'S, tablets, office furniture, printers, snacks, (some things I forgot) but you get the picture. The staff is pretty knowledgeable about the products they have in stock and what your looking for. Pricing on some things seem to be reasonable. There maybe long waiting periods depending on the time of day you go. Great place to shop or just look around for what's new or just to pick up a new idea.

Did gentleman that waited on me was very helpful and patient with me explaining everything out and was done in a very short time. He was a true gentleman very humble acting probably the best customer service I've had in years I will definitely be back

marinelle (i hope that’s how you spell it!!) was a huge help, they were super sweet and if you’re looking to get stuff printed, make sure they’re there!

I went in to go do some color copies and some black and white copies. At first the machines worked okay then they started to glitch out. I thought I was about to have a difficult time. Then this guy named Trey La asked if he could help me. it was a big complicated but he did a fabulous job and turned my whole experience around. Super appreciated all the work that he did for me and how he helped me to accomplish my task.

Excellent staff. They greet you and offer to assist you if you need assistance. The stores are clean and well stocked. Prices are very reasonable.

Trey is a legend. Always courteous and professional. I rarely have time to order online, so his speed and professionalism is the reason I choose office Depot as my local print shop.

Customer service was pleasant. Greeted with a smile. Attentive and ensured I found everything I needed in the store.

This location has some of the BEST WORKERS YOU WANT TO HAVE WORKING WITH YOU TO MEET YOUR NEEDS.

Everyone at this location are extremely helpful.

Always have what I need and give a teacher discount to my daughter all year unlike Staples who only gives a teacher discount one week a year and it is in the summer when most teachers don't know what they will need or how many of each item.

Thank you Trey and Benjamin for the great customer service.. Trey went above and beyond helping me. This is my go to place to get printouts that I need he has waited on me several times he's always been a blessing and helped me

I had a wonderful experience at Office Depot in Rivercity on August 23, 2022. I am an older customer and had some knowledge of what I needed but had a few questions. Your Technical Liaison/salesperson-David took the lead and did an excellent job of locating the equipment and software I needed in order to complete a project I have been working on since before the Covid-19 Pandemic. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful.

I use the print shop several time per week and I'm always super happy with the outcome. They are extremely professional and always go the extra mile to make sure your items are as desired. The other departments are also amazing. I've been using this site for quite some time and I refuse to go anywhere else. They are worth the wait!

Great customer service and so far the product I purchased is great and printing great pictures

I visited this store on 3/17/2020 and after paying, the clerk asked me to press the button on the credit card machine indicating my receipt choice. I told her that I did not want to touch that screen and asked if they had any wipes to disinfect the surface, the clerk replied "no."

We all have a responsibility in making sure that we reduce the spread of germs; Office Max should join this effort and protect their customers and employees by implementing sanitation practices. All surfaces should be constantly sanitized especially surfaces that are frequently touched.

Okay, this Office Max has improved! I am very happy to work with the staff, especially our local hero Tre.

Always have people to assist and inform you. David and staff will always give advice and direction. Great store to deal with.

Ran in to get copies made. To my surprise it wasn't too busy. I had no wait time and was able to get in and out without a hitch. The young lady was very helpful and gave me my copies quick fast and done. They had some great prices on other office also. Definitely a great place for office needs.

Daniel the Print Supervisor was fantastic, he made my day, he was extremely helpful and professional.

Office Depot really helped me to get supplies to wrap a poster for mailing and to mail the item. I was so thrilled.

Tre was so helpful making my day so much easier. He sent me over to the isle with the shipping material. I really like that Tre had an endgame for mail my package. I actually had another item to mail and Tre took care of the mailing of that package to. Everything I needed to make my day a success, I found at Office Depot.

Jim also helped me to find sturdy materials to wrap my poster in so that I would not get damaged.
