During my recent holiday visit to California, I had the pleasure of shopping at Boot Barn in Oxnard, and it was a delightful experience that stood out, especially in comparison to my usual visits to the Orange Park, Florida location.

From the moment I walked into the Oxnard store, I was impressed by its cleanliness and organization. Everything was in its place, creating a welcoming and easy-to-navigate shopping environment. The ambiance of the store was immediately noticeable. The employees exuded a positive vibe that was contagious. They were not only friendly but also highly knowledgeable about their products. Indeed, I found myself revisiting the store twice during my two-week stay, eventually spending close to $500 on Cody James products and a pair of boots for my wife.

Great boots and workbook selection, not to mention country attire, work shirt/pants, and belts/buckles. Staff is super friendly and helpful not to mention loyalty points and discounts for our military and first responders. If you are looking for that American country-look, this should be your one-stop shop. 🇺🇸🇺🇸💯❤

A great place to shop! Wonderful staff, especially Kimberly!! She helped me pick the right boots and dress and I love everything I bought! She is kind, genuine in her comments, loves her work, and it shows in her customer interactions! Everybody loves the boots and I get compliments everytime I wear them 😊

The people here are really nice. Boots are tough and made of quality you won't find in other stores. The ladies are to die for.

Second visit to this location. Great sale racks, and wide selection across leather goods and western wear. Mix of work clothes and “Nashville” glitter. Who knew?

My brother and I stopped in today to find him and his son clothes for his fiancées funeral. He is injured and in a lot of pain, and we were greeted by Lily D., whom helped us from the moment we walked in the store, and all the way to my car to help carry our bags out. We appreciated her kindness and patience, it truly meant a lot to both of us.

Great customer service, great selection. Prices are alittle high, but worth it to get what you need in one quick stop.

They have earned my business from here on out. Bought a pair of boots a few months ago and a seam split. Went in and talk to the Manager Lisa and without hesitation she replaced them at no charge due to manufacturer defect. Everyone in the store is very helpful and polite!!
