O'Reilly Auto Parts

I was going to go to Advanced Auto but thought otherwise as they never seem to know anything and the staff is never friendly. So I decided to pull into O'Reilly's. I brought my very heavy battery in to be checked and Jessica and Anthony who were on staff were friendly the minute I opened the door till the moment I left. Jessica was knowledgeable and efficient! Because of her, I stopped back in the next day as the battery they charged for me did not hold the charge, it turned out to be no longer any good as it was about 5 years old, so I bought a new one.

Not only did I get a fair price for my car battery but he installed it was professional and knowledgeable

Kudos to Ramon,Jessica and Regina for helping while stranded in Dollar tree parking lot today.They went above and beyond.This is true customer service

I needed a headlight for my car, I went into the Rockledge location and that is where I met Patrick, he was very helpful he made sure I got the right part for the headlight, his kindness was very much appreciated. You have won my business!

The employee was very helpful and professional. I needed windshield wipers. He showed me all of the ones that fit my car and helped me pick the best ones (and they were not the most expensive, like most would try to sell you). He came out with me and put them on and it only took him minutes. Thank you O'Reilly's for having excellent employees.

As always, they were super friendly and helpful. Ron is usually who i deal with there and has always given me excellent service. There is no other place to shop for all your car care needs.

Returned from evacuating from Hurricane Irma found that my vehicle parked in the garage had a dead battery. Did not have time to take the battery out and charge it...so I went to O'Reilly and they allowed me to borrow their jump starter. Very very helpful and glad to know you can depend on them in this kind of situation.

Me and My dad went to this auto shop with my moms car light went out and we could not get the bulb out and we went here and asked a ghy to help us out with the problem and he helped us renew the bulb and the most awsome thing was he did not make us pay even tho we instead. Me and my dad will now always come to this auto shop when we need anything thing like auto parts i love this place.😄😄😄

Always a great place to buy car parts and fluids and cleaners, everybody there is super helpful since they opened I have pretty much only going to there for my auto needs.

Stopped in to buy a Gift card for Christmas present for our son. Very nice people in there and that store is in Rockledge Florida.
