I don’t know why the review is so low but I had a great experience. The pharmacist was helpful even tho I didn’t catch her name and Anna (the cashier) she was very helpful and patient. 5/21/2023 before 3:30!give them credit❤

The other reviews about this pharmacy made me hesitant to choose it when I moved nearby. I’ve been in there once a month for about 6 months and so far everyone I’ve interacted with has been polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. I have my birth control pills on auto refill so they just text me every three weeks when they’re ready. The pharmacy is about a 40 minute drive from my primary care. I drive directly there after appointments where I need a new prescription and it’s always ready. Considering that it’s FL, so pharmacies are always busy because of the older population, I’ve been impressed so far.

My wife and I visited this CVS for our shingles vaccinations. We were seen quickly, and the pharmacist quickly provided our shots.

Have been getting prescriptions here for last two years. Excellent service by everyone.
Justin and Spencer are excellent pharmacists.

Clean, friendly & Pharmacy is always open. I found the Pharmacist knowledgeable & honest.

Austin went above and beyond to help me out! He was very kind (as well as the other associates) and my overall experience was fantastic!! Thank you 🤗

Pharmacy drive through constantly has sign up stating “Pharmacy Department Closed”; I’ve seen this over the course of the last 2 weeks, when the pharmacy is indeed open and still has over an hour until close according to the hours posted RIGHT NEXT TO IT.

Today I ended up going inside and making a joke about it while they filled the script; they just don’t acknowledge the comments about it.

My concern for me is what if an elderly person pulls up and doesn’t know it’s actually open if you walk inside (if they even can?) and doesn’t get their medication they need. Blows my mind, not to mention there are several staff in the pharmacy.

The pharmacist is rude and not equipped to handle the job. Went in for my birth control that I’ve been using for years. She proceeded to tell me that this one didn’t come with the syringe and I would need to buy some. I told her that’s not possible I’ve always had it come with my medication. She also told me I needed to go somewhere to take it like a doctors office or something to that effect. Which is also inaccurate. She clearly has no training and isn’t aware of the types of medication she’s giving to people which is DANGEROUS! When I told her that wasn’t possible she proceeded to get an attitude with putting her hands in the air at my face telling me to calm down. Also while I was still paying she just took off and ignored me!!! I could have walked out without paying she she wouldn’t have realized. So she also clearly doesn’t care if people steal. Find a better pharmacist!!

This is the worst CVS I have ever been to, I was a faithful customer for over 25 years! Justin the main Pharmacist is rude and incompetent. I reluctantly switched to Publix Pharmacy. I was very nervous after being with CVS for so many years but what a difference, they r so professional, the 2 Pharmacist are wonderful. They are all friendly and so helpful unlike CVS. This CVS should be looked at by Corporate because I hear the same complaints from people in my community!

Went through the drive through today to pick up prescriptions for myself and my granddaughter. Besides having to wait 10 minutes at the window, the pharmacist spoke to me over the phone, no person in sight. Unfortunately, I am hearing impaired and I recently returned from a rehabilitation facility for a broken femur. That is the reason I went through the drive-through. The pharmacist would not listen to me when I told him I was hearing impaired. He kept talking and talking, and I kept saying “I’m sorry, I cannot hear you”, I have hearing aids. This conversation went on for several minutes. I had no idea what he was saying because I couldn’t see his face. Finally, he picked up the phone by the window, looked and spoke down, so I could not see his face, and proceeded to tell me, in a very condescending manner, that I have to go in if I’m hearing impaired and can’t hear. Very rude, disrespectful, and just downright nasty. This is not the first time I’ve had a similar encounter with this particular pharmacist. If he doesn’t like his job and wants to be rude to customers, then maybe he needs to get a new job. I have heard from other people the same story, he is rude and disrespectful to customers.
