Hagan Ace Hardware of Orange Park

Went to lowes to try to find some hardware, asked for help, waited, got walked by several times, left telling the cashiers i was going to Ace because no one came to help me, they seemed actually happy and fine with it. Came here to Hagan Ace..... INCREDIBLE service! They had exactly what i needed. Awesome crew here.

They had exactly what I needed! I went to five different places looking for a small part and couldn’t find it. This store has everything! And very friendly, too! Forget the Big Box stores, shop here!

Wow, the slogan “ACE the helpful place” is an understatement. I needed a replacement key cut for my Camlocker truck tool box and HD and Lowe’s both couldn’t do it. Luckily the associates here at ACE were up for the challenge. Doug the manager sat there and went through every key they had to match it up and then when we found the right size he had to custom cut it to make it work. I now have 2 extra box keys! They even gave me popcorn while I waited. 10/10 would recommend this place, hands down.

Always someone there and they are very helpful unlike the big box store where you spend an hour looking for someone.

I needed a key for a Master lock copied and the orange big box store couldn't do it.
I called the new Hagan Ace Hardware of Orange Park to see if they could do the job for me.
They said the sure could and they weren't wrong!
I didn't have an extra time or money to look around very much, but the store seems to have a lot to offer besides the typical hardware store offerings...they have outdoorsy clothes and hats. They are conveniently located on Park Avenue, in the same shopping center as the Tax Collector and Clerk of Courts are. Where the old St. Johns Seafood restaurant was.
Stop in and give yourself a chance to look around just to let me know what I missed.
Oh, and if you need a key copied and want excellent customer service...this is the place with the helpful hardware folks!

Brand new store. Which is very convenient for the Orange Park area.
