DICK'S Sporting Goods

Wanted to look for a Yeti cup and this place has a great selection and display of Yeti products. Other than that… the store is very cool looking and the people are nice. Complete opposite of any Academy Sports store I have ever been too.

I don't shop here all that often, but now I want to. They certainly have a good team and solid management at this location right now. It wasn't all that memorable before - not bad or outstanding, just average. Today, however, all of the staff members I encountered were incredibly friendly. S/O to the manager, Kendal, for helping me resolve an online order issue and being so friendly and professional while doing so, both on the phone and in-store, especially since the issue was admittedly my mistake.

I found the weight plates there is cheaper than anywhere else, and the 300lbs barbell set is with super good price, only 199 bucks, that’s a set you will need to pay about 400-500 regularly. So I just bought it with no hesitation. If you want those stuff, go soon before the deal end.

The staff was great in the shoe department. The two young men worked as a team to help me and the customers. The shoe that we wanted was not in stock which was ordered in store for home delivery in a timely manner. They both were very knowledgeable and professionally. A service well done.

Absolutely top notch service. Clayton is the man! I got in here and the registers were pretty much dead. By the time I came back up front for the outdoor/hunting section, there were at least six other families all lining up to check out. Clayton was doing rounds through the store, as all good managers do, saw the over load happening,. immediately called in the troops. Maybe 35-45 seconds went by and there were three more registers opened and helping customers. Some people respect the job, the money, the position of responsibility. These staff members respect their manager and it takes a lot to cultivate that in staff. You've got to have one of those iron will but gentle with butterflies kind of managerial authority. I even saw them playing around a little. Nothing speaks more about the quality and positive atmosphere of an establishment than when an onlooker observes manager and employee, laughing and enjoying the job while still carrying out there responsibilities and and interacting with the public. Hats off to you Clayton 😎

I don't go here much, but I'll have to say that this time was a be pleasant experience. People was very helpful with finding baseball gear for my son. The manager came out to help as the cashier said she wasn't to sure about the gear. I respect her honesty.

A huge thank you to Mark whom repaired my bike, and too Michael whom was the cashier that rang me up. These gentleman showcased what customer service is really about. Especially in today's time when so many businesses are short staffed. Thank you gentlemen.

I was traveling back to Illinois from Florida. We needed a luggage bag and racks because we did too much shopping. They had just what I needed to make it back. Devin, MacKenzie, and Patricia did a great job at helping me out. Really appreciated the help!

I was able to find just what I was looking for in the fitness and fishing supplies departments. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy check out. I noticed a lot of possible gifts ideas. As I was going through the store to find what I was in need of. I do plan to do some Christmas shopping at this store. AAAAA+

They didn't have the product I was looking for but the employee that assisted me was super friendly, extremely helpful and we ordered my golf net on their website to be delivered free in four days. Effortless and enjoyable. My kind of shopping.

This review is tricky! It started out good when we found the manager Mike to answer a question about a softball glove. He was great! The problem was that he was the only one being great! Mike was handling multiple people at one time. I walked past two associates, who were clearly more interested in their coversation than helping customers. After Mike asked his associates to help, we got some great service from the team sports guy.

Terrance was very helpful and kind even when I didn't but the item ,I had asked his help which was a croquet set. You need more people like this fine man.

My kids laugh when they see the name of the store. My dad had the same name however, the 50s are over. You can call the place "Richard's" or even "Rick's". The big "D" no longer (haha) needs to be declared. Grow.

Employee went above and beyond. Spent about 20 minutes going through every tball helmet to find the best fit for her tiny head.
