We were having some issues with our jeep and went in to get the battery checked and that was not the problem. Hunter was amazing and began trouble shooting with us to find the issue. It is so refreshing to experience great customer service and he helped us to solve the issue. Thank you for assisting us and we will be back and telling our friends where to go if they need parts or anything for their vehicles.

Hunter went above and beyond to stop my car issues. I heard a knocking sound coming from the engine before I arrived. My car was ready to hit the road after he analyzed it and let me know how to resolve my issue. When I left I did not hear the knocking sound and now I’m good to go!!! Green cove AutoZone, Props to Hunter was who was so awesome because they were closed 10 minutes prior to my frantic arrival. I rushed up to the door I'm 100 seen me. He asked me you know what I needed. It was something like serious and explain. My situation with my oil was on empty and I needed some oil really bad. He did not have to let me in much less help me so I greatly appreciate that I would. My car would have blown up had I not and got an oil and I need a specific type so it's not like I can go to the gas station . They rock,
the store rocks and I appreciate them for everything!!!

Hunter took care of my battery and my wipers. He was such a gentleman and held the door for me and was so enthusiastic about helping me the whole time. Will be coming back just to deal with him. Thanks Hunter!

Austin was extremely helpful over the phone when I called about a receipt mistake. He helped me for a long time find my receipt and save me 300$!

I was having car troubles, couldn't figure out what was wrong. Finally was able to jump start and get to the store (#6527) after 2 days of trying to start. They tested my alternator and battery, was instead my battery. I had a small budget and Joey and Bryan where able to work with me, they got the price down by about $50 and now I have a new battery with a warranty!! So impressed with customer service. Would rate 10+ starts if I could!! Being a young woman and doing this stuff on your own can be scary, and they were honest about everything and did not make me feel scared at all. Definitely a great first experience with car troubles!!

I had the best experience today with Ron at AutoZone in green Cove springs FL. Having an issue with my O2 sensor possible issue with catalytic converter also misfire on cylinder 5. Went over my options with Ron today who was super helpful. Now I know exactly the parts I need to try and effective repair at home. Whoever Ron is at AutoZone in green Cove springs FL? Ron deserves a raise! So if the bosses are looking and watching make sure that you are compensating Ron for all of their many years of knowledge experience and wisdom! I will be checking with Ron to see how that turns out just so you know bosses, LOL!

My Brake light on my Patrol Vehicle was out. I went to pay for the bulbs and Mayra used her own money to pay for them. It might not seem like much but it ment the world to this officer! Thank you for your kindness and support!

I needed a new battery, the manager on duty was a doll! It was only him, and his trainee; both were super busy. Typically when I come into a parts store I'm not treated the best (even at this one years ago) but he treated me with kindness and respect. Made sure every customer got the help they needed; all while properly training his new guy. If I could give more stars I would for sure. Dion went above and beyond

My battery died in the parking lot at Larry's subs on orange Ave and this auto zones store manager, Mr. Brian, who I've never met before, on his personal time, came and gave me a jump on Christmas eve and wouldn't accept any payment for helping me out. With people like Mr Brian working for and representing Autozone even when he's on his own time guarantees that if you have a problem with your vehicle you can best believe that they will do all they can to help you get it fixed and on the road. Autozone is my store. Stop at Mr Brian's store and see for yourself the level of friendly, professional, and prompt service you'll receive. If you go anywhere else, you're a dummy.

I already come to the location for everything & I get help each and EVERYTIME but today I came in & from the very beginning of our encounter to the end Matt went above & beyond. He explained things to me taught me new ways to do certain things on my vehicle & I really really appreciated him!

Went to this Auto Zone, Green Cove Springs, to purchase an anti theft device for my Kia. Joseph D. was super great, teaching me how to use it correctly. He gave tips I would never have known, and saved me some money. The customer service here is 5 Star+. I will be back!

This is the best autozone I’ve been too. The customer service provided my Brian C. at store 6527 was exceptional. It was so nice to deal with someone friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help resolve my issue.

I received the wrong battery from another store and was having all sorts off issues. I brought the battery in to Brian & Howard and they gave me the correct battery and made right of the situation. Very good customer service!

Great experience. My car wouldn’t start, got it up to autozone and Dion tested my battery & changed it, in the rain. Super helpful, I was on my way out of town and because of Dion my trip is still happening. Dealership couldn’t get me in until 5 days and Dion helped me on spot. He talked to his crew with respect and care. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Great experience. Shawn was so kind and helpful in replacing a BMW battery. He’s very knowledgeable. Other Auto shops were not willing to touch the battery in a BMW. Highly recommend coming to this AutoZone location and working with Shawn. Was able to quickly have car issues resolved. Saved 100s of dollars compared to taking it to the dealership. Thank you.

Jordan was nothing short of amazing! He was so kind and very professional. They didn’t carry a specific light bulb for my truck so he called another location, drove my husband in the company truck, and picked it up and even installed it! He will be the reason we come back again and again. Such an awesome person and asset to the company!
