Everyone here is always incredibly nice and knowledgeable about products. Joseph handled a grumpy a-hole with class and respect despite having to deal with being cursed at, called names, and having a glass piece thrown across the store and shattering. He handled everything wonderfully; without a doubt some of the most class I've seen in a terrible situation!

Came in at 8:00 AM and Savanna was AMAZING! 😻🥰 she had a ENERGY out of this world 🛸. Was very kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. Also got me a discount and I very appreciate that 😸. This woman deserves anything she wants and ima manifest that for her 🥹. GIVE HER A RAISE ‼👏🏾🙌🏾🤟🏾

Toya is the best!! The only reason I go there. I have been to many places and cannot just get good old fashion customer service, meaning where people actually care and trying to help you!

Had a great experience at this place a few times. But tonight I had a faulty coil that this wonderful blonde girl (forgot to get her name) helped me out with. She was super helpful and fun at the same time. Excellent service and more devices than most shops have. Anything smoke related they have it. I recommend them over the other.

Jamie was amazing at helping me select a vape that met my picky criteria. I love coming to this store! Don’t be shy to come and see all their flavors.

Will and Angel are very knowledgeable, friendly and customer service oriented. The store is huge, clean and organized. They have such a large selection with an incredible variety and keep everything well stocked. Their hours are also very convenient. I won't shop anywhere else!

Glad I ran got into this spot after having trouble looking for my special brand of vapes. They have a huge selection of products and their employees very knowledgeable about them . Especially Patrick! He presented some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Made my transaction very smooth and quick. I will definitely be back and tell more of my friends. This place is hands down my favorite vape store to go to. It’s easy, fast and comfortable. I am always looking forward to when Angel is working, he always makes my experience there amazing. He always makes sure that my products are in stock and that I always leave there satisfied. Been to this location a good number of times and wanted to get a few visits in before leaving a review. I gotta say I’m pretty glad I came across this location as it’s close to where I live, very clean and the staff there are knowledge/helpful. One gentleman in particular stands out for his depth of knowledge and easy attitude, I think his name was Kevin? Long hair and beard. Awesome dude with a lot of knowledge

Angel is the absolute best! No matter what I want or what I need, he makes sure they have it when I need it! Always a wonderful attitude and great sense of humor, if you're looking for a place that doesn't fall short on customer service and patience, this is the spot, and angel is your man!

Stopped in today for the first time. Patrick was very helpful and courteous. He went above and beyond with me going over the different products I was interested in. I purchased some juice and a large disposable vape upon his recommendations. His customer service is top notch! I think this may be my new go to Vape shop!!

Phenomenal shop! They actually carry REAL AMERICAN BLOWN GLASS pipes etc. These amazing pieces are hand blow by local artists- not some foreign mass producing machine. You should visit just to see them! They also have a great supply of juices and devices in a wide range of varieties. Then, add in a super staff of helpful, knowledgeable and fun folk- and we’ve got the perfect place for all we need in Vape and Glass !
