Maria Is an angel, she got me as soon as I entered, made sure I purchased just what I needed for my car. Truly appreciate it.

This location is so neat, everything is super organized, it can be overwhelming but trust in the staff they really want to help.

Maria was excellent to me and my mother. We had to return a broken Axle so we came to get another one and she called a store and got us a spot to buy an Axle. We also returned a rented piece and the money from the return on that piece she put in on the order for us to pay for the new Axle, so it made it cheaper. She deserves some credit!!

Extremely helpful! My battery died and I got a jump and drove here. When I called, they were helpful. I asked if they could install a battery if I purchased there. They said usually but depends on the vehicle (if the battery is under a panel, they can't always do it). I went in the morning and it was not busy. The manager himself came out and removed the panel and installed the battery immediately. Great service today!

Sergio was awesome. Tested my battery but also checked if it was under warranty.
Got “free replacement” battery.
Not prorated, partial, etc….replaced for new battery.

The manager seemed like he didn't want to really help. He did look up the part for me but looked up the wrong part. 🤦 I felt like I was bothering him by asking him to check the computer on my car which he declined. Saying if the light was off it was cleared. When my mechanic plugged it in, the code popped right up. This location sucks the one by the Winn Dixie.

Technician was very friendly and helped install my battery for my car(December 1st around 3pm). Was a lot of fun to talk to and he helped make an hour long task for me turn into a 10 minute(at best) task for him. Wonderful location and even better people!

I had gone in not knowing what kind of car mats would be better for my car. And the sales technician MARIA took the time to show me the products and explain why.the mats she chose would last and be close to what I had. I also bought a license plate cover , car cleaning products and air fresheners. I was impressed by the quality and friendly service she gave me. I am very happy with the service I recieved, Maria was awesome.

My battery was very bad the moment I got to this Autozone. A sales rep by the name of Nicholas J. Was tremendous help. Answering every question I had. He was very informative and patient. For what felt and was a long day Nicholas customer service helped remind me it’s not how my day start but how it finish. I highly recommend if you are local or passing through St. Cloud in need of help.

I'm always here looking for stuff for my 1984 F-150 and recently I went in looking for my new addition to the family,my 2001 Honda and was taken care of by Ashley.First experience with her and was very happy. Just the other night went in to buy oil for my Honda and she was there again. She was very professional and pleasant. You can tell she does a good job and works hard. Looking forward to future visits thank you Ashley.

I went in to the location to get some information on a new battery. All I can say is that Carrie and Elizabeth both provided me with the most amazing customer service! They were knowledgeable and personable and I went away feeling like a valued customer!!!!

I hope someone from your corporate office reads what I'm about to say and gives huge promotions to both the Manager, and Assistant Manager. My son had called me from this plaza earlier in the day yesterday saying he had finished a job interview with Subway but could not get his brand new scooter to start. I was across town and couldn't reach him for awhile. When I finally arrived, he was so frustrated, stressed out, tired and overheated because it was late afternoon in Florida. Needless to say after googling things and countless attempts to try and start it, I gave up and said let's walk it over to Auto Zone. The manager was helping another customer in the parking lot but said she would be over shortly. She did a few things and thought maybe the battery needed to be charged overnight. She took it off and told us we could come back the next day. The only problem was I had no way to get the bike home and was leary to leave it locked outside. I decided to buy a new battery. The manager came back out and actually sat down on the ground until she could get it installed. The scooter battery connectors are very tricky because they're tiny but she did great and got it on flawlessly. Only, the scooter still wasn't turning. Then, Crystal came out, the Assistant Manager, and was trouble shooting it. She was amazing. I had long given up any patience on this and sat in my car ready to cry. I could see she was very patient and passionate about what she does. She took the time to take it apart and look at the sparkplug and showed us it was shot. She replaced that and in doing so, it sounded as if it wanted to start, but still wouldn't turn. After looking at everything, she noticed that the intake hose had been perfectly sliced. Which meant the company I paid to have it fully assembled had been completely to blame. It was brand new so I was thankful she saw this because my son could have been killed had she not have taken the time to analyze this. She quickly looked to see if the part was available but it wasn't something they carried since it's specific to scooters. She ended up showing me online where to get it and went to the point of telling us to come back once we received the part and she would put it on for us. I know this is crazy long but I will never go anywhere else but to this location. I have shared this story on Facebook and with everyone I know. It is a rare thing these days to get this kind of service. Thank you so much to the spectacular service and knowledge of these two gifted ladies.

They got a five star rating today. They stand behind the battery's. Bought two battery's for my truck in January 2018 and they went bad so they gave me new ones. No hassle

Had a break down and got towed here. Johnny shouppe helped me out, service was outstanding. The fellas bounced around between trying to help me get my ride going and helping other customers as they came in. We tried all night but couldn't get it going, these guys even let me use some tools and other alligator clips, and when nothing worked they packed it all up and just put it away; didn't charge me for a thing. the boys even said i could leave the car in the lot no problem and call for another tow in the morning. The next morning, manager Daisy and crew were just as friendly as I waited for a tow. Easily the best autozone experience I've ever had.

So right before hurricane Dorian, I am last-minute shopping to get wipers and a new battery for my 2006 Mazda Miata. Chris C helped me install a new Duralast battery and New Bosch wipers I was so happy with my purchase. Especially considering the kind assistance of the staf,f I walked in at 8:45 PM and they were still willing to help me despite it closing at 9 PM.

Both Willam O. and Chris C. We’re very helpful and informative as Chris took the time to teach me how to Install the wipers. They also did a quick engine check and battery checks All in 30 mins in and out.

All in all, best AutoZone I’ve ever been to.
