The UPS Store

This is my go to UPS store. Workers are kind and attentive. Thank you for the excellent serviced I receive whenever visiting your establishment. Keep up the good work.

Tony Harding really took his time to help return a toy. I never really returned anything bought at Amazon. I hope that Tony will be recognize by his managers.

They are always so friendly and helpful, no matter how busy it is. Usually the manager is there, helping out, when necessary. Don’t mind being asked for information.

I have visited this store numerous times to return packages and have always had a lovely experience. The customer service reps are friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had to wait more than five minutes (even if there's a line when I enter). Today, I waited in line for a few minutes and observed several interactions. Arthur went above and beyond. He was so amicable to everyone he interacted with. He made small talk with customers, but was also incredibly efficient. He returned a package while sending a fax for another customer. He also thanked a man using a military discount for his service. Arthur embodies the attitude that all customer service reps should have. In other words, this UPS store is great and has wonderful employees, I highly recommend coming here for all of your shipping needs. I haven't personally used their faxing or printing services, so I can't vouch for that, but they offer those as well.

I have always gotten professional service at this store. I've never been upset when I left, their prices are fine. The people that work there have great personalities and are very affable. I love going into this UPS store. And I stand by what I say; I have always gotten good service.

Have never had a problem, go there OFTEN. Always friendly, courteous and very helpful. Even when very busy, line almost to door, they give each person individual help without rushing, unfortunately some customers are rude.

Everytime I have gone to this UPS store I have received nothing but friendly and happy to help customer service. They are always pleasant to do business with, answer any questions you may have, and usually go above and beyond to assist you in whatever it is you may need. I have gone there for a wide range of services and they are competitively priced, if not lower than other places & offer a number of discounts you could be elegible for such as AAA & Military discounts (they may offer more). I've dealt with a number of UPS stores, since they are Amazon's return sender and I def rank this store well above the rest. Kudos to East Arlington UPS store!

I posted a review a few years back about the service I received at this UPS Store location. It was a negative review, but due to its location I continued to use the location. I have to admit my service and the attention to detail has dramatically improved to the point I would not hesitate to recommend this location for packing/shipping needs.

Never had any issues with my Amazon returns. All of the employees have been very nice and can and helpful.

I have been going here since they opened!! The current owner/managers are very friendly, efficient and attentive. Thank you very much for top notch customer service !!

Very customer friendly store. Appears many customers are not aware that UPS and
THE UPS STORES are separate entitys.
The packages leave the stores daily then it becomes UPS ( big brown) responsibility to up date the tracking.

Wow. This ups store has some of the best customer service. Not just for what I needed done but I heard about 5 transactions employees were upbeat and helpful. Very impressed.

Always a very pleasant experience. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! I ship a lot of packages for work and personal. They offer so many services, including packing boxes for you. Love it!

I have been a customer of this UPS Store for years. Great customer service. Never disappointed. Tony and his staff are always cheerful and accommodating.

They are very helpful in everything that I need them to do for my small business I'm usually able to get in-and-out pretty quickly and they always have a great attitude.

Always taken care of when I come in. Never had any issues or packages lost. Easy to work with all the employees.
