Manager Calvin is always outstanding and on point when it comes to the customer service/needs. I’ve seen him work alone and still handle all of our needs 6 customers at one time. Keep doing what you do Mr Calvin, your the tea why I’m still an AT&T member

Excellent customer service, the young woman who assisted me, very friendly, cheerful, helped me, offered me the best offer, very attentive and helpful. That same day I went into another ATT store on 103RD and the young woman who was there didn't look at me or ask me what I needed, she was just playing with her cell phone and laughing the least she cared about was what I went to get. But when I entered the Normandy store, it was totally different, they quickly attended to me and what we did, the changes and so on with the cell phones, really helped other people. The young woman who helped me does an excellent job, knows her job and represents her company very well.

I wish I knew his name, but the young man who helped me yesterday was so kind and knowledgeable. My screen was broken and he gave me options of repair or an upgrade and answered all my questions. He even hand wrote directions for me to the repair place because I could not use GPS with my broken screen and I am new to the area. Definitely recommend this location if you need assistance!

The people I dealt with today were excellent. Had problem with phone, Google, Apps, etc. messed up. Something they had not seen before. The lady I saw took her time trying different things. When still having the problem had one of the men look at it. He took his time also & YAH problem was straightened out. All friendly.

I loved that o was greeted upon entry by Ashanti verbally, AND she walked over to me.. this is not so common anymore these days. She took the time to educate me on the device I was upgrading too, as well as, while she did work to up sell a few accessories but she wasn’t overwhelming- so I did purchase an accessory. She was helpful with showing me how to use certain features on my phone as well, and waited patiently with me as I did the “old school” transfer of info. I returned later l to bring back my trade in and Bre also greeted me upon entry and was swift to assist me. So, two visits and great service

The service was excellent. Patsy, Richie, Jesse and Terrance are great professionals and very kind. I had to go to the store in 3 different days, not there fault, and they were very quick in their service, kind and patient. Best experience ever😌

Jess was nothing short of amazing. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Clean store and informative service. This was by far the best trip to a AT&T store. I definitely spent more that I intended to but Jess was an excellent salesman. Thanks Again 💕💕💕

Nay is by far the most amazing AT&T technician I’ve ever ran across not only does she have a great personality. She’s very knowledgeable. I will be back.

On October 13, 2022 My son and I went into the store on Normandy Blvd where we were met by a friendly and knowledgeable sales person named Hope. My son explained to Hope his concerns. Hope understood exactly what his concerns were by restating them then proceeded to assist us. I was immediately impressed. As Hope continued to work on the technical issues we asked questions and Hope was knowledgeable and patiently answered our concerns. I was so impressed with her that I decided to write this review. Actually this should count as two reviews for Hope because my son LaDarius concurs. Superior Customer Service at its finest. Kudos to Hope you made our day!

If I would have given a review a year ago it would not be 5 stars. I was given the run around by customer service via phone and was told to go to the location I purchased my phone. NO WAY did I want to go because my past experience. Thought I was going to get a headache dealing with this location again but instead it was as smooth as butter on hot toast!! Not what I expected and I am very happy about that.

Logan helped me rectify an issue that no one else seemed to be able to help me with. He was patient with me until I understood everything. Other employees there were very nice too. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in the store. I could not have had a more pleasant experience and completely recommend them. You guys totally ROCK!! Thank you so very much!!

I was in a panic because I had ruined my phone on a cruise the night prior. The young lady that assisted me patiently worked with me to get my phone replaced in the most professional yet extremely kindly manner. Please pass on my appreciation. All done within minutes of closing. I think I walked out the store at three minutes after closing.

I come in today to get my my daughter's phone transferred and Nay was getting ready to leave but stayed to help me out and everything went so smooth I really appreciate all of her help. The best customer service I have ever received in a long time!!! Keep up the great work AT&T

They knew exactly what the problem was with the phone I have, and fixed it for free so that I could pay my bill.

Antwan at the AT&T store on Normandy was extremely helpful when I went in store in September. He was able to fix my problem that customer service could not after several hours on the phone and numerous attempts. I decided to just go into a local AT&T branch and associate Antwan was extremely helpful and fixed my issue within minutes of my arrival. Plus the entire staff working was vary welcoming. Help resolve my discrepancy and save me money.

I went into the store today as a customer and left as family. Elijah is far the best salesman I have come across thus far. He took his time and explained everything to me as we joked. Kamiyo (Scott) I know for fact is very pleasant and Josh kept me entertained the entire time I was there and I want to thank you 3 for your hospitality.

Ja-Nay, Is very professional, courteous, and a value to your organization. She assisted me when my phone was lost. Explained what to do to locate my phone in the future, offered me new products inside the store. She’s a Gem!! Valuable asset! Extraordinary young lady.

I was immediately greeted when I came into the store. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. If you need anything AT&T related, this is the place to go!

Came into the store stressed and in a panic because my phone wasn’t working and as a self employed person my phone is my business so I needed a new one ASAP!
With my four year old daughter with me, you can imagine how shot my nerves were.
Russell stepped in and immediately his energy and attitude made me feel better!
He was such a breathe of fresh air and made me feel at ease and that I was in good hands.
He did everything he could to make sure I received all the promos and discounts available to me and was patient with all my questions.
I felt like I was just phone shopping with a friend. Never felt any pressure. I trusted he was helping me make the best decision for me and it was actually an enjoyable experience!
What a nice and funny guy! Customer service was a 10!
If I ever need anything I’ll definitely be asking for Russell!
