My friend dropped off a hog for us 7 months ago (as of Dec 2022) for processing. My friend and I have stopped by this business over a dozen times, left messages, phone messages, and have yet to receive a return phone call from the owner, Nick Taylor, I caught him at the business once and asked him about the hog from 6 months ago. I told him I know from personal experience that anything in a fridge/freezer for that long would be ruined/freezer-burned. He said that many people keep a deer for a year before having it processed but promised the hog would be processed by Monday (approximately 4 days later). I was told by his employee, Kyle, that many orders had still not been finished and nothing was being done about it. I truly try to be a good Christian man and told Nick that he could fill other's orders first but explained that some of the hog was going to a poor family for Thanksgiving. Nick promised my full completed order in the four days time. The following Friday, I called and went down to the business because I had still not heard from Nick. Kyle told me that he had given the messages to Nick every time I stopped by but Nick had not been to the shop because of a busted water line on his property. About a month after this, I 'caught' Nick at the shop, it was hunting season and Thanksgiving day. I asked him where my hog was from 7 or 8 months ago? He said there was a mix up with the paperwork so I answered his questions and reminded him that part of the hog was going to be donated to a poor family for Thanksgiving (but wouldn't be possible now). Nick looked skyward, threw both arms up and shouted, "I swear to God your order will be done by Saturday!" I shook his hand, hugged him, wished him a happy Thanksgiving, and asked God to bless him and his family. This was 8 days ago and I have not heard back from Nick, even after leaving phone messages and stopping by the shop to speak directly to his son. You have been warned!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I dropped a deer off over 5 months ago that was already skinned and quartered. How hard is it to process a single deer into some sausage? Absolutely terrible service they should be shut down and never open again. Just give up the business cause it’s an obvious failure. Everytime I went up there and called which was countless time I always got the same answer from some kid at the counter who was completely lost “it’ll be about a week until it’s done” . Well it’s been 20 weeks so let me guess another week till it’s done? I wouldn’t even stop to use the bathroom in this place that’s how useless this place it. If you want anything processed just take it somewhere else cause you will just wait forever and lose a whole deer. I want to be compensated for the deer meat I lost but that’ll probably take a “week”. I learned my lesson and won’t ever do it again.

Would give a "0" if possible.... Drop a quartered deer off 1st week of January and still don't have it. No he wont return my calls. He's a thief!!! Already reported him to FWC.

1. Lier and a thief.
2. Will let your deer rot because he doesn't care about anyone but himself.
3. Self centered a hole with no respect for anyone that he does wrong and then he plays the victim.
4. Will not and hasn't replied to two emails and one certified letter from the BBB

Never got my hog I dropped off from March of 2022. I didn't even receive a courtesy call. Very shady business!

Went up there to check it out three trucks up front but no one there and even called that number what a waste of time

Drove from Chipley to get bait, recording on phone says open with bait. No one was there! Wont waste my time going here again.

It took four months for them to process to Hogs out of which I received a hundred 40 lb of meat which in my opinion was far less meat than there should have been they kept putting me off and putting me off with every excuse under the sun I would never use them again nor would I recommend anybody use them .....disreputable and in my opinion dishonest

Wild gamers is great always good service and make the best sausage. They have since went down hill haven't went back in a couple years

Unprofessional selling out of season deer meat and it was rotten. Refuse to use.
