The UPS Store

Even though there was a long line, the staff was very efficient and professional. The line moved quickly and a line solely for Amazon returns was helpful and a smart business decision. There were at least 4 employees working which was also a huge plus instead of 1 or 2 as other businesses often offer. Thank you!

Sean was awesome. He was quick to great everyone as soon as they walked in. As it go busier, he still smiled and treated folks. Best customer service person I have had in a long time. HE IS AWESOME!!

This store is absolutely amazing and everyone needs to know. The workers are great. They are so patient and the patrons are too. Megan, one of the workers, speaks to people with the highest quality of care u could imagine. Example, one morning I went in to mail a few items. Megan smiled really big and said “Good morning, how can I help you today?” After I asked her a few questions that she answered very thoroughly, she helped me get the right packaging and told me the best way to send it according to the needs I described. She made me laugh while I was waiting for screens to pop up then she explained each screen and made sure I knew exactly what I was agreeing to and signing for. When I was done she printed out my receipt and all of the things I agreed to after asking me if I would like a copy. She handed me all my stuff and I was out of there very quickly. I felt as though I had just had the best spa treatment ever. She did absolutely everything with a big smile and even sent me on my way feeling like I will never go to another store to mail my products. This type of customer service is worth the money. Every time I’ve been in this store which is at least once a week, I’ve been treated the exact same by everyone in there. I have waited in lines and watched them treat all clients the same. Sometimes troubleshooting when people need help with a problem they may have had with something shipped to them. They are so polite and friendly to everyone I have seen set foot in that store. They are gracious and kind and do everything with smiles. The owner really did well when they were hiring these employees. Thank you so so much for the customer service and the complete gratitude of our business. UPS Handbury YOU ROCK! I hope your around til I get old and pass away!

The level of service I received was great. I had a letter to ship with a 1-2 day delivery and the customer service rep explained my options as well as the pricing. I didn't get a hint of frustration from him when I decided to switch services (UPS to USPS) after hearing the options.

The store is clean, neat & well organized. I am always greeted by a staff memeber when I enter. The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and efficient...anitcipates my needs and offers other services as/if needed. Always a pleasurable experience...even when the line "appears" to be long. I drive from Elizabeth City, NC just to do business with this store in Chesapeake, VA.

Everyone of the associates at this UPS location on Hanbury Road are so pleasant so knowledgeable and professional. They all stands out to me with their politeness, patience, knowledge, and superb customer service, there is one that stands out above the rest tho and it’s a gentleman with glasses that works there great guy

I love the return policy with amazon. I also love the location of the ups store. They're usually always fast and quick with the customer service.

Always helpful staff and they work so hard opening up additional lines so the wait time is minimal. The availability of services from packages, stamps, Amazon returns, and shipping items.

I am a frequent flier at the UPS store on Hanbury in Chesapeake, Virginia. I have two grown children who live out of state and 5 grandchildren. My son proudly serves in the Navy. I am always sending gifts, treats, surprises to my grandchildren (and children) and the staff at this particular UPS store is kind and helpful. They all recognize me because I am always shipping something! And rarely and I mean rarely does UPS not get shipped items to the designated location on time. And when I need to print something, they always provide assistance for which I am grateful.
