Living in a world of so much negativity, I’m so so Blessed to have met both Lettakaye and Drake today. If I can be honest, I was a little nervous to ask for help finding some pet turf because people act so bothered when you ask for help at their job 🤦🏾‍♀Both Lattakeye and Drake went out of their way to help me out and worked as a team to get me exactly what I needed. I didn’t have the best day at work, but these 2 really made my day. I’ve always had a good experience at this location but today was different. They were so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Pam from plumbing was great!! I am working on replacing my bathroom flooring & toilet and Pam was amazing in helping me all the parts I needed to complete my project. She even walked me to the items & showed me how it worked!! I'm usually a Lowes guy, but thanks to Pam I will br back to Home Depot.

Anytime I have a home project or I need of some nice plants I go to Home Depot. They always have everything I need and great service on top of that. It’s always an enjoyable experience at the Home Depot

I recently had the pleasure of working with Daryl in the rent department at Home Depot, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with their level of knowledge, expertise, and professionalism.

From the very beginning, Daryl was friendly, courteous, and attentive to my needs. They took the time to listen to my requirements and offered expert guidance and advice on the best equipment and tools to rent for my project. They were patient and thorough in explaining the rental process and answering all of my questions.

Throughout the process, Daryl remained engaged and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that I had everything I needed to complete my project. They were knowledgeable about all of the equipment and tools available for rent and provided valuable insights and recommendations to help me get the most out of my rental.

When I returned the equipment, Daryl was once again friendly and professional, making sure that I had everything I needed and that I was satisfied with my rental experience. They truly went above and beyond to provide exceptional service.

Overall, I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service I received from Daryl at Home Depot at the rent department. Thank you, Daryl, for your exceptional service

The Home Depot on Forest Lane maintains a great selection of what you need for repair, replacement or creation. The clerks are very helpful & the store is very clean. If you are on active duty or you have a military related ID you can get a 10% discount on your purchases.

I found everything I wanted and needed, I’ll be back for what I could not afford. The staff was friendly and helpful, as usual.

I never managed to get her name, but it was the woman who had a Jamacian accent. She was absolutely divine and the candy she gave me was great!

She brought the order to my car and promptly loaded everything up for me. We had a little trouble figuring out how to get it to fit, but she made it fun. Definitely will come back here whenever I need to pick something up for the office.

We were looking for a couple of patio heaters. The website said they had several. They had none on the shelf. We went to customer service and a young black lady waited on us. She was so helpful. She called several other stores to help us out. Very kind and helpful, I just wished I had written her name down. They didn’t make a sale but cared for us anyway.

I had my eye on a specific tree for three weeks now and it was always out of stock, even on the website. I decided to try my luck today for the last time and this location did not have it; however, Van was able to call the Plano location to check if they had some in stock per the app and luckily, they did. He even had them reserve it for me and I was able to pick it up 10 minutes later. I really appreciate his assistance and how sweet he was. Thank you so much!!

Very professional and patient. I purchased my item in which they had plenty. On the other hand, the delivery scheduling process needs more flexibility on times in detailing time blocks. Good experience overall.

The staff here is incredible! I have an interior painting project to do this weekend. They suggested primer, the right paint finish, the supplies I'd need, and where to find them. The whole project was simple with their advice. Everyone from paint, to aisles and checkout was super friendly and made sure I had what I needed.

Darryl and Kerron brought my items to my car & helped me load everything! They also helped me open, unload & break down a couple of the shipment boxes in order to maximize the space in my car. They were kind & super helpful.

I’m giving five stars to this store just for one of its employees. His name is Victor and he is very helpful and knowledgeable young man. My husband and I were there and we couldn’t find what we were looking for so, we asked one employees and he said he was going to check in the back and never came back. Until, Victor passed by and he offered to help us. Our product was above the shelf the whole time in boxes. Thank you for hiring people so helpful.
