Food Lion

From the first time I entered the store, I was impressed. The cleanliness of the restroom and the smiling face of the employees throughout the store was comforting. I felt welcomed as if I were visiting someone's home.

The stores are always clean and organized. I have nothing really negative to say except their choices on times to restock. They’ll have a few isles with restocking taking place during peak shopping times, creating congestion in the isles and impeding shopping flow - first world problems…

Friendly neighborhood Food Lion. Has most everything we need. They have fresh fruit cut up and ready to eat.

Food Lion is a low end supermarket. With that in mind, this is a good one. The shelves are always well stocked, the people are friendly and the store is clean. It's very quiet at about 8 in the morning so that's a great time to go.

This is where my aunt works and I think that they have really great service. I am also a very frequent shopper there. I love all of the products that I buy there because I have never witness ed a problem with them. $$dm cash money :) :)_yeah girl

That assistant manager Liz really knows how to help a customer.. lemme... Freakin.. tell you.. always goes above and beyond!!!

Newly updated. Clean. Friendly staff. Looking for new hires. (Descent pay. Plus, good people are in management.)
And for Korean food lovers, they have Kimchi!

Love it here great clean safe place to shop. they've gotten better with there line wait time but in the evenings dont expect to be in and out best times to go Mon thu sun 7 to 3 ,now on holidays and weather freak outs yeah you on your own lol but thats everywhere ...ijs

This is my local food lion, besides never having pet brands fudge bars lately, they still are good for the rest...

I just want to take a moment and thank two of Food Lion's employees Megan Ownley and Erik Lewis for going above and beyond their daily work duties when I approached the store at around 0925 with a lost dog asking to use a cell phone to contact Animal control to help find his owner. They went straight to work, making phone calls for me to help in this situation; Mr. Lewis even took it apon himself to buy the dog food because he said he looked hungry. Shortly after, a Chesapeake police officer arrived on scene and I then turned the dog over to the officer. Thank you again Megan Ownley and Erik Lewis, it is truly refreshing to see others out there who selflessly care in the moment of need.

Very clean ond organized store and all the employee are nice and friendly.my kids love this store because they have a small cart just for little kids.

I prefer to shop my neighborhood Food Lion Market. I love the updated store. Service is great. I can get in and get out quickly.

Still a real grocery store, prices are still reasonable, compared to the others.

Meat seemed a little higher priced than out Va Beach FL. Still no TP. Lines were long but got a 2nd person and went fast.

Cashiers were friendly and very personal.
This is one of my favorite spots to visit.
