Salesman (Carlos was the name on my receipt) was very helpful and had a positive attitude which made my visit go nice and smooth. Haven't painted yet, but the service was appreciated and deserves recognition

Awesome customer service! Adam was very knowledgeable, I was having a hard time figuring out what product would work for my application, Sales Rep Justin worked with Adam to get my commercial account set up and recommended which products I needed for our line of Decorative Iron Products, and Adam went through mixing and usage and took care of us 110% I can't say enough, awesome job guys!

Had a great experience today. Bern was great I'm getting us the paint colors we needed and her recommendations were excellent. Did not feel rush and spent plenty of time with us. Will be back in the future.

We came to get a sample of paint today towards closing time and to ask a few questions since we want to paint soon. All staff was very helpful and polite in particular an older man. It was very easy choosing paint with his knowledge and tips. Great experience!

I was going to paint my bathroom cabinet doors and drawers because they were peeling. I was not sure how to paint them or what can’t of paint to use because they were not painted, they were covered with a plastic like cover. I tried to go to one of the local large hardware chains and they could not tell me for sure what to use. So I went to Sherwin Williams store and told the young man behind the counter not only told me what primer and what finish to use, he told me how to prep them and how many coats of each the primer and finish to use. I told him that I just had a back procedure done two weeks prior so that’s why I am taking on painting them cause that was all I could really do around the house while I was off work. He asked me if there was anything else I needed and I told him I never really painted and needed him to suggest the right paint brush and whatever else I would need. Anthony was his name and he smiled and said ‘ I can take care of that sir while your paint mixes’ with a smile!!! He got me the brush, sand paper ,thinner , mixing sticks and paint containers. After I paid he did not offer he just grabbed the box of paint and consumables and told me to let him load my truck up since I had a back surgery. Amazing service Sherwin Williams!!!

I was looking for test colors, and Paul took as much time with that as he would have for my final decision. That is what I call customer service! Plus he was fun to talk with.
