Dollar Tree

As a customer of this Dollar Tree location for many years, the experiences have varied much from pleasant, to non. However, I feel the need to compliment the current management (The gentleman I was introduced to was Phillip) as rarely throughout the years has this location been as tidy, well stocked, & pleasant to patronize as lately. Around the last five (5) or six (6) visits. I am certain that location is a particularly difficult one to stock as the ratio of employees for front cashier, to stocking personnel has never been a percentage allowing full attention to keeping up the merchandise with the demand for checking out being as I have noticed.
So whatever new solution has been implemented I sincerely hope it continues. Very pleased for "Phillip " in the implementation of successful development, & his pleasent demeanor when speaking with him. Retail is difficult even in the best of situations, and congratulations to him for successfully maintaining the best within his location in Merritt Island, Florida. I sincerely hope it continues throughout the upcoming holiday months.

Went to dollar tree on Merritt island yesterday and had the best customer service. A man named Phillip was so polite and helpful! Guy was multi tasking so effortlessly! My daughter (5 years old and autistic) had to use the bathroom, I had to interrupt Phillip doing a task and he literally ran to the bathroom to unlock it for her with a smile on his face. I didn’t feel like I was bothering him or annoyed him like most people act these days. Then when we were ready to cash out, he had a super long line (very busy) of course my daughter saw the balloons and needed one and he got her one, with no problem and a smile on his face. I know this all sounds very little in writing but it was just a really good experience. It’s hard taking her into stores at times. It was really busy and he just did a fantastic job juggling it all.

This store is absolutely addictive! They have a great selection of plastic storage and organizers and essential cleaning supplies and they have moisture absorbers for your closets and under the cabinets which can be a little pricey when you need several of them and you get them where you would generally buy your bulk amount of groceries and household items. This is a great place to get necessary items like this especially during the pandemic as prices are higher and certain items are harder to find.

Very busy but got what I needed containers were not really plentiful but managed to get enough to finish gifts for Christmas

Great store! Everything's a dollar! It's items are mostly as good a quality as anywhere else. They have a good selection, & also have name brands. Dollar Tree, even has a frozen food section! You just get a smaller amount of the product. The only problem I have with this store is I ALWAYS BUY MORE THAN I INTENDED!
Was back at Dollar Tree today. It's cleaner and has been better organized. They have gone up to $1.25 for their products. We had advance notice tho. Everything everywhere has just jumped up out of sight in their prices!
I still bought more than intended! There were only two people behind me but the cashier called for extra help, so the line moved fast. She was pleasant and considerate. Great experience!

This place is across the street from my apartment and I go in there all the time the cashiers are so sweet and so helpful and I always find what I'm looking for there I always go down the chocolate aisle for extra love this place

I love this Dollar Tree! They are nicely stocked and clean for the most part, customers don’t help by throwing things everywhere! But the customer service is excellent and I always find what I need! Love it!!!

I love all the DYI vids on YouTube raving about the Dollar tree for any craft project. I was able to find stuff for my bathroom project including shampoo bottles and pumps . They also have a nice selection of travel size items that other places would charge $4.99 for . Thanks for the friendly service.

I really love Dollar tree this particular Dollar tree is larger than a lot of the other ones and has a wider variety of things people are friendly in there great savings I got everything I needed from my kitchen from kitchenware towels pot holders silverware compartment for all under around $30 you can't beat it

Found what I needed. I love elderly people, I had a Lady ask me why prices are not on things...I explained to her that everything is a dollar. She was amazed and pleased! She thanked me for my time and I thanked her for asking, it was nice to help!

The store is fairly well organized. There was a lot of out-of-stock at the moment, but that's understandable concerning the situation and possibly delays and deliveries. Tons of holiday items on the shelf. Love it!

I take my parents there every Tuesday the shop. The employees are are wonderful if something is not there they take the time to go see if it's in the back. I just enjoy this one so much. Top notch

Best dollar tree I've been in yet. Huge store. Lots of items including Frozen. It was very well spaced out and not cluttered like most other dollar trees

So many quality things each only a dollar! Personnel are friendly and there are load of things you. Can buy for a fantastic price. Check it out. You won't be disappointed.
