7-Eleven

Dear,
On 01/27 I made purchases at your establishment. The attendant tried to use the debit card 3 times and it was not possible, so I bought it on credit. however, the 3 charges were executed on the debit.
I need a refund of this value. Please contact me so we can resolve it.

I am not in the habit of leaving reviews for a convenience store, but when service is this amazing, you have to. The other night I ran out of gas about 4 blocks from 7 Eleven. My rear light on my car is out and after being told by AAA that it would be 90 min until they could get there, I realized I couldn’t just sit in my (dark car) at night so close to the road. I happened to have met the owner of this 7 Eleven a few weeks ago, and I took a chance. I called and told him the situation, and he BROUGHT ME GAS to my car so I didn’t have to leave it alone with no real lighting and walk to the store in the dark by myself. On top of that? He refused to let me pay him back. Customer service is top notch! This store is clean, well stocked, and well run. It’s taken us years to get a gas station up here, so glad the one we got is run by someone as great as Farhood!

I love this place. It's a little out of the way for my husband and I to go but it's worth it. Everyone is so friendly here and the store is so clean. We go to Henderson from California to visit family several times a year. Since this shop opened we have been using it as a coffee/ snack/ gas stop. Love the employees!

It's a Brand New Location in a Community in the city of Henderson. Friendly Workers, Clean Store and always Fully Stocked with good stuff, Not to mention the View From this Location Stunning to say the least. Come visit

Great inventory, very friendly and helpful staff, and pristine clean. Gas pumps available and open 24 hours. This place is great! Also, they have 8 flavors of Slurpee!!!

If your in before 6am the attendant there is the most attending attendant ive ever seen. She wants to be manager!

Good, clean, convenient and has everything from a 711 store. What else can you ask for?

No Blueberry Coffee!!! They put big vats of coffee and the machines that do instant but none of the regular 7-11 pots where they make it fresh constantly. And they don't have the only reason I go to 7-11: blueberry coffee.

Otherwise it's clean and nice.

Heads up that it's easy to get in but a bit tough getting out. The way the shopping center has things set up, watch for all the one-way and do not enter signs.

People who shop here have to be the stupidest people on the planet everything is so expensive including the gas just one block down the street is 30 cents a gallon cheaper if you want to find the dumbest people on the planet they're at this place also it wouldn't print my receipt out and then on top of that I tried to join their stupid Rewards Club and it wouldn't take my phone number I really hate this place

Dont pump gas at this location. If you use your card, they always withhold more than what you bought. Today I purchased 15 dllrs worth of fuel and got charged 125 dllrs on my card. This is the second time this happens to me. The first time was on a credit card so it wasn’t too bad as the actual amount was charged once the charge settled. I thought maybe an error in the system that was corrected. However, this time I used my debit card and it happened again. This time though my weekend funds got taken so now I am stuck at home on the holiday weekend until the charge settles. Avoid pumping gas at this location at all costs.

I come here once a week and they won't sale me a full carton of cigarettes they only do singles and charge me for each pack individually. This way they make more money. I've asked them why can't they just sale me a carton and stop charging me extra. No one knows why. Can yall stop ripping people off. A new 7/11 opened less then 2 miles away that does sale cartons.

Owner refills pump receipts once a month so you’re forced to go inside and possibly buy something.

The Worst Employees work here, or I should say , DO Everything but Work ! Complaining, Degrading customers while pretending to cash them out. Owner hired these " a**es" recently. Skip this 7 11.
