Conner at this UPS was more than amazing with my shipping request. He was able to order a custom sized box within less than 24 hours. Packed a very heavy and fragile item for me then showed me a picture of how secure the item was before shipping out. THANK YOU Connor!!!! Best service ;)

My business mailbox has been at this location since the second day they were open. Every time I walk in, Tim, Ryan, and Amy treat me like a best friend and handle my business needs with care. Highly recommend this store. They’ve become a huge part of the start up of my business and I really appreciate them.

As an added bonus, they’re always up for some fun conversation when I have time to hang around!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They care about helping the customer.
Parking can be a hassle in that shopping plaza.

This UPS Store is very well managed, owners are very friendly and always available to help with more difficult needs. Staff is well trained and also greet customers warmly. The printing services are not only reasonably priced, of superior quality but jobs are completely promptly.

This is the best UPS store in town! The customer service is outstanding, and Ryan is terrific. She taped a box I bought and attached the label for me. She is quick, pleasant, and competent.

I needed a specific shipping box and couldn’t find it anywhere. I sent an email to this store inquiring if they had a box close to the size I needed. Adrian from this UPS store replied right away saying she could get the box and I was so surprised. Most businesses these days barely respond, if at all. She got the box for me in a timely manner and I greatly appreciated how quickly she was able to handle this for me. Thanks Adrian!

Great staff

Rush there on April 2nd at 2:50. They're supposed to stay open till 3 but they were closed.

This store is very conveniently located, and usually, the staff is very polite and competent.

Today, however, AJ was above and beyond rude and abusive. He suggested I take my returns elsewhere because I had so many. I guess pointing a scanner at a barcode is just too much for him. He refused to give contact information for a manager and was extremely smug and satisfied that he was frustrating me.

He should not be employed in any position that has contact with the public.

I love this location and use it for shipping every week. BUT... definitely don't use them for a notary unless you are desperate. I had one document notarized and it was $30. I was definitely shocked considering I could of went to my bank for $6. Crazy!!

UPDATE: I replied to the email address given below from the owners response and never received a response from him. Very unprofessional for sure!!
