AT&T Store

Ray was amazing . Multitasking to take care of 4 of us all at the same time . He was attentive kind and knew what he was doing. I really don’t like att but he made me dislike them a little less .
He got everything done and everyone had their issue or problem resolved Highly recommend him to take care of you

Devin was exceptionally helpful, very generous, and showed great customer service! Customer service now a days is a very rare find, & I am extremely grateful that Devin was able to help my husband & I turn what was a bad day into a positive situation!

Nate from the St. Rose location was a great help! He was very patient and courteous. It took awhile to fix my phone but he figured it out and did not stop until he was able to fix the issue even though I got my phone from another ATT store. He was working by himself today, managed to help me and greeted every customer that walked in right away and assured them that he will be right with them. Even apologized for the wait. Great job Nate! Thank you so much!!

Devon was extremely helpful and professional. He took care of everything we needed (bill clarifications, phone trade in, purchasing of accessories, and data transfer). We spent a lot of time with him and enjoyed our time in the store because of him. Excellent experience and customer service!

Consistent high quality service is received from Kelvin in the St Rose store. We are Seniors that are not very tech savvy and Kelvin is always patient and takes the time to help us troubleshoot our current situation. We really appreciate his support and work ethic. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Went to AT&T today and we were greeted by Manager Devyn he was so nice and polite took care of our needs asap we need more people like him running AT&T

I wanted to give this AT&T 5-star review. Michael Hunter the manager on duty provided exceptional customer service. He's awesome! After a few days of dialing 611 and getting nowhere, I decide to go into the store. We were having trouble retrieving some information on my son's account. The email was set up incorrectly and we could not get the new pin. I was super frustrated with 611!!! However, Mike to the time to listen to all of our concerns, and rather than rushing us out of the store. Mike helped us with the call to customer service, He stayed on the line with us and helped correct everything. He also went into detail on how we can lower our bill, He gave us a few different options. He was beyond helpful, AT&T is lucky to have him. Makes being a customer with AT&T easy and simple! THANKS MIKE!

I had the best experience with Nate and Addusion. As someone that has been burned by upgrading and doing all things online..I have been wanting a new phone but not the online experience..the second I walked into this store Nate was not only kind but incredibly honest and helpful for what I needed. The entire team went above and beyond to answer the 1000 questions I had without making me at all rushed or not a priority. This may sound wild, but I will never go anywhere other than this store. Do yourself a favor and go see this team, you will leave so happy. Thank you Nate and Addusion.

I visited ATT a couple of days ago, I had a few questions about my device and service and Kelvin was extremely attentive and helpful. He was able to answer all my questions and God bless his patience, he was also kind to my toddlers that were a little too much... Very much appreciate it!!

Kelvin, and crew was very attentive to my needs, and gave great customer service at the St. Rose Pkwy AT&T location!! I absolutely love my new IPhone 14 pro!! I believe Sal & Ramiro were the other associates who were very friendly.

Devon was very helpful. He informed me I was paying to much for YouTube tv and switch to direct to stream. Customer service great!! I recommend him to everyone!!!

Mike was EXCELLENT. He definitely helped us make a smooth transition from our other phone provider to AT&T. He was patient and very informative. Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced.

I had a really great experience at this location. I came in to trade in/upgrade my phone and I was acknowledged immediately by Dallas, even while he was assisting other guests. James was my sales rep and he answered all my questions and was very patient with me. Excellent customer service. They both made good conversation while we did the entire transaction. I walked out with my new iPhone happy as can be!

Excellent service, Kevin is very friendly and cordial took his time to explain every detail on my new iPhone and also connected for me , thank you Kevin for you time in assisting me . Awesome job.

Casey is the man! Helped me with my phone while I had issues with it and was very patient. I know which ATT I will make sure i stop at from now on!
