I was not able to physically go to the Vitamin Shoppe; therefore, I ordered online to receive package through mail. This experience I will never do again as a result of my shipment never made it to my physical address and notification said it was delivered on my porch. For a few days, I had Called customer service and also the post office and I was getting the run around. After a week of this reaching out, Again there was no success. A Good Friend had to physically go to the store on my behalf while I was on the phone to resolve this matter.
The store Associate Named Mason was very respectful and cordial and called Corporate and was successful in making sure that not only the matter concerning the lost package but also made sure my order was received that day.

Went in yesterday just to Browse and ended up leaving with very satisfied and more then prepared on the supplementation side. I was greeted and helped by Todd and let me tell you.. this guy is not only super kind and helpful (which today is not the case in so many retail stores) but he has a plethora of knowledge on bodybuilding.. he could literally make your head spin with information... So happy I stopped in and feel I got so much value for what I ended up spending... Thank you VS and Extra Thanks to Todd! Your the Man!!!

They have a large selection of awesome natural & organic products. Mr Steve Smith was very friendly and informational . Definitely recommend this store for any vitamins or supplements . Thanks Steve

Just stopped by to say that TODD at this location is an AWARD WINNING customer service rep in my book. He was not only attentive to my needs, but very knowledgeable about the various products that I was inquiring about. (And there were quite a few). He Served me with a FRIENDLY DISPOSITION and seemed interesting in my concerns. Way to go TODD job well done.

Came in today looking for a hydration multiplayer, since I’ve been running 10 miles a day. When I walked into the door I was quickly greeted by Todd. Todd was very professional. Todd is knowledgeable in how the body works and will ensure you’re taking the best supplements for whatever you are trying to accomplish. 10/10 for Todd and the Store

It was my very first visit and customer service exceeded my expectations. Got immediately greeted by a very nice young man with glasses who patiently waited while I was pulling up a picture of the zero carb whey protein, he knew exactly where it was and before he walked away, politely inquired if I needed help with anything else. The gentleman who rang me up (also, had glasses) was bubbly and not only helped me become a rewards member but, also, signed me up for auto delivery which I knew nothing about. Thank you, the crew of the Vitamin Shoppe Greenbrier, for amazing experience!

This location is so awesome. There were two female reps that helped me and were extremely professional and helpful. The positive attitude I’ve got from them, will assure to bring me back for future visits. The knowledge they’ve given to me has opened my eyes on the type of supplements I should be consuming. Highly recommend this store! 😁

I had an issue with a product but they went out of their way to resolve it. Although I'm not a biggest fan of the remodel (due to an awkward layout with their registers), I am a fan of the service. I was reminded today why I continue to shop there and not buy my supplements online for less.

I had a wonderful experience with Amber at The Vitamin Shoppe this week! She was so attentive, helpful and patient with me as I asked her numerous questions. I went in not knowing at all what I needed, other than everyday vitamins. Amber talked through what my health concerns were and guided me to the supplements/vitamins that would work best for me!

Regular Purchases include Potassium (amino acid complex), magnesium w/B6, and Vitamin C 500mg. My brands are usually available in-store and/or on-line.
