Rob helped me correct my document. When I came back with the updated version, he completed my print job on the spot instead of making me wait until the next day. He was helpful, friendly, & had a great smile. His customer service was A+.

I always enjoy shopping at Office Max for my usual office supplies... including computer paper, file folders, pens, HP Printer ink, calendars/planners, paper clips, envelopes, post-it notes, etc. In addition, there is usually several brands and great choices available. ✌💖

Staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. Found all but one item I was after but not disappointed since this is an obsolete item, very difficult to find anywhere at reasonable price.

Tonio in the print department is an angel in human form. He helped us print out an obituary last minute and boxed it up for us. Thank you so much !!

Sometimes I have a hard time finding what I Need because the store is so big. I usually have to find somebody to help me but once I do I find what I need and it's always in stock.

The employee helping me with copies was actually helpful and friendly. By the time I grabbed some envelopes my copies were finished. The employee greeted and took the originals from another customer as I stepped into the line again, but informed the customer he would make his copies once he checked me out. The last 4 times I have been to this Office Max they have delivered great customer service. I really appreciate it!

Thankful to have a brick & mortar store where I can see what I am buying.

I purchased an item online HP ink and got the wrong one. I took it back to the store and made an exchange and get quick assistance from the staff and very easy check out. I like the idea of no pressure while shopping and just assistance when I asked. The store is clearly marked to help you find items.

Found all the items on my list. The staff were polite and offered help. The store is easy to navigate with signs. All goods lay comfortably and were available.

My husband wanted to get a new copy machine. He is on oxygen and having difficulty. Staff carried our purchase to our car. We were grateful for this assistance!
