I was thoroughly impressed by the speed and efficiency of the return process. Upon arriving with my Amazon return items still in their original packaging, the gentleman at the counter swiftly scanned my QR codes, collected the items, and printed a receipt—all within less than 40 seconds! The entire experience was exceptionally smooth, making it easy for me to swiftly enter and exit the store. I was genuinely impressed and greatly appreciated the time saved during my visit.

My seller dropped off a transmission at the UPS Store 5353 in Fredericksburg, VA and said someone would call them. Never mind that the seller had all our information to ship the item including our UPS shipper number. Ughh! I worked with Scott there over the phone to get it up to Pennsylvania. He added a bunch of bubble wrap, boxed it up good, got my address and credit card info to get it to me in quick order. Scott was as pleasant and professional as anyone could ask for!

Exceptional Customer Service. I went into the UPS to mail off a box consisting of baby congratulatory items. The box in which I were mailing the items in was too big in width but perfect length wise, and would cost more to ship the items to North Carolina. Evan, the sales representative suggested that I buy a box from UPS which would be a little more expensive to fit the items inside but much cheaper to ship in cost by $50.00. I did the switch out, paid for my box that arrived on time to its designation on Wednesday as estimated. I've been a customer of this UPS store and will continue to do business here. Highly recommend.

Went 11/28 to ship a very large heavy package. I believe his name was Rasaan and he was super helpful. He was on the ball and helped me get it done. I also noticed 2 other guys who were getting them in and out as it was a very busy afternoon. Very pleased and will go again.

The UPS store is convenient and offers more options for shipping packages than USPS. Plus they mail my letters.

The staff at this location always takes care of everything-I didn’t even have to pay a dime! Super friendly, it’s like getting a massage for shipping!

I was the fourth person in line but waited less than five minutes! That’s great customer service!

Nicholas assisted me with a notary as well as helping my friend ship something. He was very helpful and friendly and even offered to ship something to Verizon if we had a return label for something completely unrelated to why we were even there. He was great.

Due to time sensitivity I had to get a package shipped urgently on 24MAR201. I showed up 10 minutes before closing, and lacked awareness on the additional complications in regards to shipping a Laptop. Due to this it took me 30+ minutes (after they had closed), to get my package re-sealed, and ready for shipping.

Andrew and his fellow female employee who was working that day, were incredibly patient, very accommodating, very informative, and all around helpful throughout the entire process.

They're a reminder that excellent customer service does exist and deserve unyielding praise for going above and beyond for me!

I had several complicated packages to send and Tyler was fantastic!!! He was very patient and gave us different options for packaging and shipping. Tyler was awesome!

I dont know who hires the staff at these UPS stores, but the customer service is always on point! Scott helped me with my package last week and he was so personable and professional. I like to give credit where it's due. Keep up the good work!

We regularly use this UPS store to ship legal documents as well as personal packages. We have shipped international as well as domestic with both large and small packages. They have a variety of envelopes and boxes onsite for a reasonable price.

While we have not used them, they also offer a variety of business services, such as fax, copy, or print.

I am surprised they don't have a higher rating. We have used them over 40 times and service has been excellent.

The employees here are great! Scott has been beyond helpful both times when I ship products off to customers, then him and Tim have always packaged my stuff so well that my customers actually compliment me on it. On top of that, taking the safety of customers seriously through the face mask rule is great. Keeping themselves safe while remaining open during a pandemic while they do everything they can to help us with whatever services they provide is great. Thanks Scott and Tim!

I highly recommend the UPS Store on Plank Road in Fredericksburg to everyone. Whenever I visit that store, I always receive exceptional customer service from both Emily and Victoria. They are friendly, informative and very helpful. Those ladies go out of their way to ensure that you have everything you need and they are true professionals. I really appreciate their outstanding customer service skills. I will always return to this store for all my shipping needs.

Evan, Kamala, and Kristen helped me close to closing time with emailing, printing, shipping and fingerprinting! They definitely went the extra mile and kept smiling through it all! 5 stars for this team! Excellent customer service!

This UPS always has incredible customer service every time I visit or call! Specifically, Don always greats me with a warm welcome. The employees are always very cheerful & helpful. It really makes my job/reason for stopping in so much more simple & easy!

Long time customer I have been going to the Store for quite some time now, everyone is helpful and friendly, I see reviews of people complaining about their own non understanding of how UPS works and how the rates are set. Not considering other shipping options they have available like USPS , it is on you to ask for a cheaper way to ship after all it is the UPS store and not The USPS, complaining and giving bad reviews because A.) you waited till 20 mins before closing B.) you did not enquire about another carrier, C.) you think pony express is still a viable shipping option.
Another cool feature of this day and age is you can prepay for shipping then you can be mad at the computer. All in all I have a lot of respect for the employs and mangers and owners who are fair and go out of their way to assist.

Very quick and efficient. Very good customer service. "Scott" was especially helpful when I lost my receipt and needed it later. He dug through the system, found my transaction and emailed it to me. GREAT SERVICE!

SIMPLY THE BEST UPS STORE! I've been a client and mailbox holder of several different stores associated with UPS throughout the country, and the service in this one is ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!

The staff is professional, caring, personable, and proficient in all that they do. Everyone is always attentive and ready to help in any way possible. They make everything easy and quick for busy people like me.
