AT&T Store

Robert was amazing! He took time to explain the charges on my bill and helped me figure out the best options for me and my family plan. This is my first time pre-ordering a phone, and Robert made the process smooth. I will highly recommend him to my friends, family, and colleagues!!

Dan was very patient and knowledgeable. I came in looking for consumer cellular as my phone had shut off right after I was give an address where they set my new service up on my Samsung. Trying to find the address in Greenbriar Pkwy of 1316 was like hunting a needle in a hay stack. I saw ATT and went in cause I had been told CC bounced off their towers .Dan came up right away and I told him my problem. He helped me to get the right service and took awhile to get my pin from CC..very good customer service. I did not get the new Samsung. I kept my old and I got hooked up. Good people and good service

Came here after a horrible experience at the Norfolk corporate store.

Denzel and Chanel were quick, attentive, kind, and knew exactly how to resolve the issue I had.

In and out in 5 minutes, 3 of those just spent enjoying conversation.

came in with a problem the day before I was not able to get it solved because I had to leave for work it was not anyone's fault at all in the store came back the next day the manager Denzel told me to ask for him when I came in the next day I asked for Denzel he came right out and help me within 20 minutes I really appreciate it his help and his staff help as well thank you so much AT&t

I received kind and courteous service today from Dan P. at the AT& T Greenbrier store after having a horrible experience with a AT&T sales person in Target at Chesapeake Square. Dan was very professional, clear & conscise in handling my issue concerning getting the cell phone canceled & the account canceled getting the packing slip printed so I could take it to the post office for shipping back to AT&T. Best AT&T customer service experience I’ve ever had during my 8 years with the company. I would like to shine some recognition on Janna Jones for making this experience smooth and for being so knowledgeable. She answered every question I had (quite a bit lol), made sure I got everything I needed and that I was aware of everything she was doing throughout the process. Really appreciated it.

I was Very Satisfied with my visit to the AT&T store on Eden Way in Chesapeake, VA. I was greeted as I walked in the door. The CSR was very knowledgeable and I got all 3 of my units activated. I made an unexpected purchase of accessories because the customer service was great. No improvements necessary. My experience was close to perfect 👍🏽

I have been going to this store for years and I have never had a bad experience. Customer service is great and everyone here is friendly and very helpful. I came back after a year to upgrade my phone and the person that was helping me was Blue, he was very helpful and knowledgeable and made sure that I was in good hands on making sure I got the best deal as possible and the process was non stress free and easy going. I would highly recommend anyone to come here and also recommend them to Blue !

Andy Artz is a phenomenal sales rep for the location in greenbrier of Chesapeake, Virginia! Ask for him you won’t be disappointed!!!

I walked in for an upgrade, got exactly what I was looking for. Customer service went above and beyond and showed me and deals they had. Ended up saving $100. Walked out with a phone, phone case, screen protector and JBl wireless Bluetooth ear pods. Spent only 120 out of pocket for everything.

Andy was very helpful and patient with my family. I had a stroke not too long ago and I had a lot of repeat questions but he didn't faulter with answering again. I so appreciate his time and patience. Nice clean store and the other employees were getting customers taken care of and back on their way for a good day and experience. All around excellent store, we drive up from NC to this store when ever we need cell phone services. Repeat customers.

Tyler was An amazingly helpful, patient professional. I had just left a Verizon store where I felt the young man was minimal with customer help/service, at best....I did tell Tyler the short story about my Verizon experience and he listened to my concerns. He was very attentive and explanatory and honestly....I would chose AT&T over other services simply because of how well I was treated during this experience. I came in with a german phone as I am currentlybstationed in Germany and will be PCSing stateside in about 2 weeks. He was very helpful. I can't say enough positive things about him or my AT&T experience.
