The folks here are so friendly and helpful. I was in looking for a weft of synthetic hair for a costume I'm building and was overwhelmed by the selection they had. An employee must have noticed I looked lost and helped me get right to the perfect package of gently curled black hair that matches my wig to a T. I highly recommend this business.

I’ve been going to this store since they were located on Indian River Rd. They are a place I enjoy spending my money at. They would always do a little extra for my daughter when I purchase she was on only a little kid, she turned 21 today and went on her own and of course they didn’t necessarily recognize the little girl that was taken there by her mother for years but, the owner was so kind when he saw it was her bday when she typed in her rewards number. These are the type of small family owned businesses that should be constantly supported! Thank you for being a staple in the community no matter where you relocate as lorg as you are in VA we will support ❤

I went here for the first time and I’m so glad I did - it’s a little out of my way but I left feeling like it was worth the trip. The store is big and there’s plenty of space to browse. I found exactly what I was looking for and even found my holy grail hair product that I had previously been stuck ordering online and waiting for. Not to mention the lovely and friendly staff who made sure everyone one was recognized and got what they needed. A good beauty supply with a good environment. Thank you!

I see folks complaining about the store hours. If you come to ANY store within 10 minutes of them closing, you're at the mercy of the store...and they are NOT OBLIGATED to match the timing on YOUR CLOCK. Many stores do this, not just the local ones. It's based on the clock inside their building, not the time on your watch or in your car. Plan your timing better and you won't get locked out, and do some research about time actually works. Have a blessed day!

This place is huge, they sell ever type of haircare products that you can imagine for your hair needs, they sell makeup , you have to check out this place for yourself but be prepared to be there for a while walking up and down checking out everything. My now go too beauty store!!! 😊

Absolutely amazing selections. My first time going and it will surely not be my last. They had everything and more of what I was looking for. Not only that, but staff is very knowledgeable of their products and were a great help with all my questions. Awesome location!

My new go-to for hair supplies. I'm impressed they stay open until 10pm when most places close by 8pm. They saved me from having to scramble with this hair.

From the outside of the building it looks like a small hole in the wall beauty supply store, but when you get in it’s huge. They have every product you could ever imagine at great prices. On top of the awesome prices they offer a rewards program where you can earn points that convert into in store cash off. As if, all that isn’t good enough the staff is absolutely amazing as well. They are constantly checking up on their customers getting them anything they need and helping them find products. The employees make everyone feel welcome. I will continue to shop here and only here.

First time visiting, supply was fully stocked, love the variety of hair, wings, etc.. you sign up for rewards, they are applied to your purchase, great savings. Customer service 👍👍👍.will visit again and recommend.

So, I went to this store and I must say...job well done!! From what I understand, this is a black owned beauty supply store. When I walked in, I was greeted!! It was a nice welcome. I was not followed around as I glanced over EVERY isle seeing what is offered. They have EVERY product that I purchase for myself and family. I even found new products I'd never used!! The young lady at the register provided me with options and was VERY friendly. She gave eye contact when she talked to me and even gave salutations!! I MUST SAY, that they have set the standard. It's been said and almost deemed that "we can't support our people" because of negativity. Well, now, I beg to differ. Again, these young brown skinned women, set the bar HIGH and I am proud. They weren't rachet, I feel comfortable taking my mother and my 11 year old, in this store!! I thank you for that!!

I normally get the wavy 613, but they had this nice 613 option today and it looks great on me!! (NOT BEING BOASTFUL) I brushed it a little too much, but it's super cute!!

This store is very convenient and the prices are great. The staff is friendly and helpful plus they discounts to hair professionals if you are licensed. I have never had a problem since their store opened. We needed a beauty supply store in Greenbriar and I'm glad that they decided to open it here.
