I received excellent service from "John " at the Eden Way store. He went far and beyond his job description to help me.It is rare to find people who not only do their job well but give extra..just because. This is not my first time going to this particular UPS store: every one is always pleasant and with genuine smiles, not to be over looked is: efficiency and knowledgeable work ethics. I really appreciate the help and time John spent on me...thank you!

Customer service was amazing, friendly and cheerful and very fast! Store was easy to find with lots of open parking.

My experience at this UPS location was good. Erica helped me with my returns for Amazon. Amazon only sent me one label for 4 big boxes and Erica assisted me with a number to call them for additional labels. She was very helpful with the shipping of my packages. U appreciated all she did.

These reviews are crazy. I wouldn't normally discount the experience of others, but I have used this location so frequently for years without issue that I'm compelled to leave a review.

I've used this location to ship, fax, and print. I always have Amazon returns and occasionally drop my usps packages off here as well with no issues. I have witnessed people with incorrect Amazon return instructions yelling at the employees who are just doing their job, and even I have selected the wrong return option before. Just take a second to cancel the return and resubmit it with the no package or label option (QR code), and you will be okay. I've done it right at the counter before. All other return methods will require you to package and label the package yourself or pay to have the label printed, per Amazon. These employees are not trying to get over on you.

You also can't blame this individual store location for how drivers and handlers treat your packages once shipped.

Quick and efficient service at this UPS location, every time I visit it is usually fast and friendly!

My first time there but Cara was excellent. To be clear, I was dropping off Amazon returns. I see some bad reviews regarding this but I had absolutely no issues.

Thank you, Jon for all of your assistance with a matter that had left me feeling helpless. Jon was able to locate an order previously made with minimal information to support a shipment deemed by the receiver as never received. Jon has helped me to saved money, time, and my temper.

I don't know her name, but she was African American, maybe mid 50's & slender. She was extremely helpful. She boxed my item for me, with care. She explained all of the fees, in advance & was very nice.

I called ahead to make sure they notarized the certain document I had & asked what I needed. My notary took less than five minutes. It is $5 CASH per stamp. Call ahead if you have questions and you won’t have a problem. Everyone was friendly and helpful!

This location was extremely helpful. I brought in two open packages with return shipping labels and they taped up the boxes for me and ensured I did everything correctly. Granted I was the only customer in the store at the time, but I was in and out in two minutes. I'm very satisfied.

Today, I completed an Amazon return without any problems. I am very happy with their service.

I have been utilizing the services at this location for a little over 6 months or more and I have had nothing but positive encounters. So many people have made both negative and derogatory comments about this ups location that I find to be untrue. First of all how can anyone be ungrateful to free package pickup. You have the option to pick up your package FREE OF CHARGE at any ups location througout hapron roads. This service alleviates both package theft from your residence and the need for constant redeliveries to your home. Also one individual stated that their packages that are shipped out from this location are never scanned, nor does it ever reach its final destination. I beg to differ on that statement as well. I have returned a total of 8 or more packages in the past 6 months. Each package is scanned and a return slip is always issued to myself or my husband. And every package reaches it's destination in a timely manner. The attitude of all staff members have always been friendly and professional. This is a fast paced, yet sometimes overwhelming job. A person's attitude cannot be judged by a facial expression.

Best service I’ve ever received from a package store and best location in the hampton roads area. Friendly greeting as soon as you walk in, everyone was so helpful, and considerate. Other areas I wasn’t greeted at all and/ I was rushed. This was a breath of fresh air.
