We are always thankful of people that help other people. Frank in the commercial side is always going above and beyond his regular call to assist people needing parts or advise for their vehicles. He is a great asset to O'Reilly, and he is the reason for us buying from this store constantly. Keep up the good work!!!

Ashley was awesome, even tho the part was wrong and used with a blown fuse out of the box. Not her fault, that's the incompetent worker who allowed a return of a used part and put it back on the shelf l. The. The warehouse workers who didn't properly inspect as they should have. All and all, extremely dissatisfied with the product and service oriellys offers so very often, but that girl Ashley, she was amazing! She needs a raise and a better job for sure. I have a mind to have her come work for me instead of this store with the disrespectful "gentleman" that works with her. He can take bath in sewage, smelled like he already does. If you are to have to go to this store for any reason, she Ashley! Otherwise, leave and come back when she is there.

The lunch crew at this O'Reilly are extra nice and helpful. They are willing to listen to what the customer needs and then help. I have been there before and find them to be the best one in Northwest Houston. They are consistently good.

Nice store with a good selection of brands including Motorcraft.

For my latest visit I had a choice of wait a couple days for a Motorcraft A/C blower or secondary Murray brand today. I had been without for 3 weeks so needing to know if my repair diagnosis was correct I bought the Murray. Works as expected!

I went to get my battery charged and the guy that worked there, Tom, was sooooo helpful. I had been having issues and he told me a way to keep it from happening again while also giving me more information on how to take care of my car before you're out of hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars. It's what women hope for when dealing with car issues. Great store and great associates. 10/10

O'Reilly really earned this 5 star today. Best service I've ever had in this town! When I broke down outside their shop, they did everything in their power to help, even including ordering parts from the dealership down the road, connecting me to a discount technician, who btw did an excellent job, and helping me get my vehicle back to roadworthy on my own for under $100. I had my fuel line cut, body damage and a shredded tire, but I was able to get to my job in time thanks to them! They saved me thousands. Thank you O'Reilly!

Dale and another gentleman at this location were EXTREMELY helpful to me. I went in not knowing what my car’s issues were. Dale removed and tested my battery, then tested alternator. He was honest and told me i did not need a new battery. He got under my bumper and replaced a fastener, then replaced my wiper blades and filled my washer fluid reservoir. Best service i have ever encountered at an auto parts store! I would recommend this store to anyone!

Check engine light was on. Tom used their diagnostic tool and found the problem. He also recommended a mechanic to do the repairs. Very pleased with the service. Highly recommend.

Staff is very friendly and professional. Jason was very helpful and had a great sense of humor. He knows what he is doing and shares his knowledge with you. Highly recommended! Definitely the best O'Reilly I've been to.

We had a check engine light come on in our car at 7:30pm last night. We googled an auto parts store and this O'Reilly store came up as being close to our vicinity. (We were visiting Houston and leaving to head back home today. We wanted to find out if the code was serious or okay to get it addressed when we returned home). The worker said to come on by that he has a meter that can read codes. We arrived five minutes later and he had the machine in hand and helped us. It is something We can address at home. 😁 We were very impressed with his work ethic and his eagerness to help us. It allowed us to make a decision to drive on home to East Texas as planned today. We'll go to our mechanic tomorrow. Thank you!!!

Super helpful staff! Check engine light was on, they told me what code was causing the problem and exactly what I needed to fix it. NEVER taking my car to a mechanic and paying $50 or more to have them run diagnostics again! Went to my mechanic and was able to tell him exactly what was wrong and knew I wouldn't get screwed over with unnecessary repairs.

I was greeted and assisted in MySpace for the 1 part and the only piece I needed. Jackpot in and out and still happy!! Yeah Baby!!
