Um, yes please. Best smoke shop in h-town. They have real glass makers that they utilize and it is obvious. Amazing customer service, they even remembered my name when I asked for theirs 😂 will be coming here going forward.

Went in knowing what I was there for and lady employee (so sorry I didn't get her name) knew exactly what I needed. A silicone pipe. (Something that won't break) Showed me an assortment of color options; shared cleaning instructions and some screens. Happy customer.

Super helpful staff, great prices, great selections, can’t believe I always drove past this place. Got some pink cones, guava wraps and rose cones!

Great staff and great shopping special thanks to Claire ! Many great selection of items and products. I have been doing business with this location since the original owner under another name. They opened approx. @ least 10 yrs + ago. My neighbor was the brother of the original store.

I forgot the gentleman's name, but believe he drives a Subaru. I have never walked into any other vape store in my life and have such a nice, patient, informative employee in my life. Always positive and pleasant attitude. A+ rating for this place.

Been here only once to buy a torch. The staff was very helpful in finding the right product for me. They were very friendly and welcoming. Walked out with a nectar collector also at the recommendation of Al. I would shop here more often was it not far from where I live.

Love the atmosphere here, Very clean and contemporary! I've been a burn customer for a couple years now. Love the staff, they're all super helpful and really treat me well. I never feel rushed or pressured there. Great inventory, lots of choices and variety. I must say they have a very nice selection of vape juices and hardware for a "head shop" and prices on vaping products aren't sky high like at other smoke shops moonlighting as vapor shops.

Very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended place to go for herb accessories. Know about different butane brands too...best smoke shop on the west side of town if you like non china merchandise and want great quality glass and information..

I hate smoke shops that have clueless employees so I was pleasantly surprised to see the manager taking the time to train his coworker correctly.

This is my go to place for lots of shopping needs and the people are awesome and are partially why I keep going back... Courtney, Al, Tyler and Dante are always helpful, nice and listen to my complaints about life lol...
