Really nice and helpful staff. Big selection, including seasonal drinks.

My go to spot for spirits. No giant markups on some of the rarer, often allocated, releases, but you have to be lucky to be there on the right day for those finds. Very good selection of import and craft beers, and wines. Can't beat the prices, unless you find what you want at Costco. However, if you ask for help, the associates are always going to push you towards a Spirits Direct product and those products will often be highly rated. Just know what you want, otherwise know where they will guide you towards. I will say though, at the Folsom location, Dan is a cool associate.

Love it. Love the wine and beer tastings.. only a penny! Love the knowledgeable staff.. especially Bob, Bob is a treasure! There is sooooo much to choose from, such a great wine selection, from inexpensive and affordable to fancy and expensive. But the best is truly the staff here.. they're so helpful and friendly, and quite knowledgeable.. always happy to answer questions!

I ordered wine here, that is connected to our family name, for a wedding rehearsal dinner. I was ordering wine that had special labels on it, and they worked hard to make sure I got the labels that I needed. Once the order was received, I discovered one of the labels was damaged, and the manager gave me a deep discount since they could not replace the bottle. The damage was not the fault of the store. I appreciate their efforts, and the selection in their store.

Total Eines has a large stock of many known and unknown liquors. Many choices. The staff are considerate and assisted my search in getting the product I needed for our event.

Tanya promptly greeted me and offered her assistance, and once i expressed to her what i was searching for she instantly introduced me to Margaret "The Wine 🍷 Specialist ", and oh my , i was in awe in how knowledgeable, and kind she was to me , so much so that i just asked Margaret to pick out the three bottles of wine she thought would be perfect for a gift i intended to give to a newly engaged couple ...needless to say That they too were in awe with the selection and very happy with the gift 🎁

Nothing but good things to say about this place. Employees bend over backwards to help, think about the opposite of Homedepot. My wife and I were shopping and Jake one of the employees overheard us and for the next 15 mins walked us around like a personal shopper. He answered all our questions and we walked away with a lot of great ideas and our basket was full!

Total Wine & More is a pleasant shopping experience! The store is organized and displays look great! There's a huge wine selection, with a wine tasting area. They have beers and hard spirits organized by aisle and distiller. They carry bar accessories and snacks as well. I was shopping during Christmas season and the store was busy with holiday shoppers. Still, the staff was so helpful and pleasant!

I highly recommend visiting Total Wine. They offer a wedding consultation where they help you figure out all the details. Bob was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He made the process easy and fun for us!

The staff I've encountered have all been friendly and pleasant. The wine tasting is a nice feature on Thursdays and Fridays and let's you sample a few items they are featuring. Lots of choices be prepared to spend a little while there if you are going in without a list.

Good customer service. Lots to pick from. Gadgets are fun but higher priced. They also price matched a competitor's pricing (yay).

Ran in for a few bottles of water. Found so many awesome gifts and BEAUTIFUL one of a kind items for a party I was going to. Good selection of wine, beer & BBQing with friends. Bring a few extra dollars when you go. Be prepared for a few GREAT Splurg item at a good price.
