Very clean. Nice variety of porch lights to choose from. Everything I needed was in stock. Staff was helpful. Prices were decent. I found everything I wanted. Though I did want to buy flashlights, but they were all locked up, and I just didn't have the energy to find someone with a key to unlock the cabinet. Maybe if a bell could be placed there or have display closer to registers so you could 👋 wave for help. Still, it's great store..

I had an issue in the lumber department - the Lowe’s associate refused to get more lumber down (the lumber left was warped and damaged). The associate told me to go to Home Depot.
I found the manager Kevin. I told him my issue and he was quick to acknowledge it and solved my problem.
Kevin was great - thanks to him I will continue to shop at Lowe’s. He valued my business.

Why 5 Stars for a Big Box store? This trip was easy to find knowledgeable help in the hardware section who stayed with me until my many questions answered and problem solved. They had just what I needed in stock.

Lowes honors veterans with a discount every day of the year. Their main competitor only offers a veteran discount on veterans day. I shop at Lowes because their support of veterans is more than just an annual t.v. commercial.

Best staff of any other Lowe's or Home Depot I've been in.

I've always seem to have a good experience at this Lowe's, compared to sunrise and greenback

Great selection of items especially plants.
I had to go last minute before closing. Typically I try to avoid that so that they can have time to do their closing procedures. But had to get a folding square table tonight and I came in a guy with dark hair helped me find the item. I did forget my card but I paid online and the gentleman scanned the item there and then and it was processed. Super helpful people. Will for sure come back and spread around.

I Made a review four months ago on CS because it was a bad experience. I just removed it because I have seen improvement. First off I have been noticing prices at Lowes have been lower or equal than Home Depot. Big surprise for me.
I had to return something the other day. No tag or receipt but the CS handled it with ease! Thank you for getting this done without hassle or problems.
Also I bought 25 bags of mulch twice and both times the workers were ready willing and offering to pull stack and bring to my truck. I’m the guy even said he will load my truck. But being who I am I said no thanks I’ll handle it. A lady came and she started loading the cart with me. I tried to say it’s ok but she kept on.
I don’t recall getting this at Home Depot.

Had what I was looking for...Home Depot did not. Helpful workers

A staff person immediately helped me find the room heaters. I did self check out without incident. All was easy. Unfortunately, the heater i purchased isn't up to the task, and I will becreturnig it. Fortunately. LOWE'S has a decent selection to choose from.

I was here looking for parts and help to install a undersink water filtration and instahot. I asked the associate for help and he helped me to find the proper connections and hoses. Great service!

Went in on Black Friday to take advantage of appliance deals. Appliance area was busy and understaffed but employees from other departments quickly came to help. Michael, from the flooring department with a killer cowboy hat, helped answer all our questions and walked us through the ordering and finance options with patience and a very good attitude.

I usually always find what I need here, especially after not finding it the first time at Home Depot. Well stocked and organized store with large outdoor garden section. The store is usually much less crowded compared to Home Depot down the road. Parking is much easier drop. Dog friendly! 🦮

Trying to finish a project for a client but several HD haven't had the material required for a couple weeks now.
Walked in and was greeted by several employees as I walked through the store. As I was waiting for a text message I ended up in a pleasant conversation with a gentleman named Niles - who I later found out was the/a manager! Even better, they had all the products I needed to ensure I can help a new homeowner build his home business. Thanks for the great start to the day!

A salesman asked me if he could help me find something. I told him that I was looking for more of a specific pillow. He found more. When he realized how much I was buying he suggested that I might be able to get a discount. He went through great links to make sure that I got one. He asked a lead/ supervisor who ok'd a bigger discount than was originally suggested. I saved quite a bit of money. I couldn't be happier.

They were really helpful and got what I needed very fast.

I’ve been a fun of diy for few years now. Lowes is one of my goto place when it comes to house renovations. Lowes Folsom at East Bidwell is definitely one of the cleanest, well organized and friendly stuff I have been so far for the first time. Keep up the great work guys!
