AutoZone Auto Parts

Needed a battery. Went to three stores none would install it. Went home got tools to do it myself. Went to Napa they didn’t have a battery for my truck. Went to this store not only did they have my battery the store manager himself installed it. Good management should lead by example.

Good customer service cool staff. Regina Was very knowledgeable also.

I had to wait on the phone for longer than I wanted, and planned to mention my distaste.. but then..

But then Manuel came to the phone and showed me why he was so busy.

He is knowledgeable of his craft and fully attentive, considerate, respectful and polite. 100% perfect customer satisfaction was my experience with this gentleman at the this store!

Great customer service, and every employee seemed so happy to be working here and helpful to all the customers. Rare these days because that's how businesses used to treat people 20 years ago. Thanks guys.

Very good location for vehicle car and truck parts, I mainly deal with the commercial side of the business. But highly recommend it for all your vehicle needs. Everyone seems to be very helpful.

I walked into the store and was very frustrated because I had visited a different auto parts store and they couldn't help me find the part I needed. The store was busy when I walked in but as soon as I arrived to the counter I was greeted by Mr. Banks. He was so respectful, energetic and willing to help. He quickly resolved my issue and even went so far as to teach me something new. Hes an asset to this company. I 1000% recommend this store because of Mr. Banks.

So very helpful here even though they didn't have the part I needed I appreciate the time the took helping me look

My car battery was not wanting to start in todays below freezing weather. I needed more CCA. Ordered/purchased the new battery online and it was ready within minutes of the store opening. A super cool employee stood out in the bitter cold to install the new battery! It was less than 30 minutes from purchase to install! Additionally my older vehicle keeps needing parts every month 😂 these guys always have my parts in stock! 5 star ROCKSTARS!!

Mr. Banks was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in trying to help me remove a stripped screw from my license plate. He was not about to remove it himself but ultimately recommended a solution that was more affordable than what other auto stores had told me.

Great staff, very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. So take it easy on them of there's a long line and only 2 of them working. They don't get to decide how many people are on the schedule that day. They hooked up the computer to my car for free, and showed me exactly why my check engine light was on. I got what I needed to fix it and my check engine light turned itself off. Big thanks to these guys for knowing their stuff. Much appreciated.

Oh the manager lady was super. She knows auto parts. The battery lady was super she knows batteries. Glad they were on duty.

Excellent customer service. I had to run in there right at closing time and instead of expelling frustration and annoyance of my ridiculous antics, they welcomed me and even gave me a discount. Great store just don't be like me and hit em up at 957.

I had a coil pack explode on my Toyota sequoia. It made a noise I've never heard b 4. I spoke with AJ Binsol. This man knows motors. He told me exactly what was wrong without just talking to him. Unfortunately the threads in the cylinder head were thrashed. AJ handed me tool and parts to fix it. I ran a tap through the spark plug hole added the helicoil installed the new plug and coil. Suv runs perfect with almost 400k miles. AJ is a beast!
