Su IS THE BEST!! She takes care of the customers, offers services that other locations do not and for a reasonable price! This is the location to set as your "GO TO" place!! We have used her store for years and never left disappointed.

Sue does an outstanding job. I have had a ups box for over a year now. When I need something printed she already has it in my mailbox by the time I arrive. When I receive a package she gives me a courtesy call and lets me know it has arrived. Very nice lady and a great business

Great store, they boxed my stuff for me and was so simple and easy with their help, very helpful employees.

Sue and her family are great, always have had great experiences with shipping services. She gets a lot of business and they are always busy. Patience is key due to the high volume she has coming in and going out.

I’ve had to come in three times to this store. Sue and her family are kind and courteous and they’re always moving quick trying to ensure everyone is helped quickly. I had an issue and Sue resolved it to the best of her ability in a timely manner. I appreciate all of her efforts and patience.

I have always had a great experience here. I only go occasionally, but staff is always helpful.

Again, excellent service. Sue is very professional, fast, and has been doing this job for over 21 years. She is able to efficiently multi-task. I have recently been there 5 times, and even with a holiday rush, she handled each transaction quickly! Amazing customer service! My son goes here often and is always happy with this UPS location. 😀

This small business owner does a great job juggling all her responsibilities. She is efficient and organized. That's an amazing feat given the volume of materials she moves in such a small space. Good job!

Been using this location for over a year. Sue is awesome. One stop for all of your shipping needs. This is a busy location, and Sue is often by herself. Be patient. I'm tired of seeing rude, impatient people giving poor reviews for their OWN mistakes.

She is quick, knows what she is doing, and if she is not looking at you, is because she is very busy! She always has been kind to me!
If I needed an extra "padding" for my package; she had it!
And she wraps everything quickly and professionally!
During the Holidays for example people always rush, but you enter her store and quiet music and peace flooding the place!

A bit of a wait when I stopped in, but really no fault of the associate. It's a small store, but seems to have all the packing supplies you need and even PO boxes. I read that they will take care of your printing and shredding for you or your business. I don't know the price, but seems decent. Once attached eh counter, I got my labels printed and reception handed to me in maybe 2 minutes. No complaints. This is the store closest to my house, so I'll have to stop by again when I need to.

I have been using this ups store for many years and I really need to compliment the main employee who has helped me for all these years. She never complains or gets excited if the line is long. Shes extremely efficient..never makes errors and always cordial. I've even heard great comments about her from other customers in line. I dont know her name but she has short dark hair and wears glasses and has worked there many years at the ups store on Austin Bluffs. If I wasnt retired I'd offer her a manager position in the bank where I was employed. Thank you.

I have been using Sue's services for over 6 years. She is always pleasant, even when extremely busy. She ships all my packages for me, in an efficient manner, and always with a tracking number. I love that she calls me when I have packages delivered and being held for pickup. One delivery was particularly heavy and her staff helped me get it to my car. She always has a kind word to say.

Very busy store. We've been using various UPS stores for 20 years due to business and moving. Have been with Sue for the last 8 or 9. This has been the best store. No lost packages, no late delivery. She is consistantly very accurate with her work and this store has been here since the dawn of time. I have recommended Sue to many others and I still do. Sue is always at the store.

When I went in having no idea what I was doing, the only employee that's usually there picked up on it and was incredibly helpful and kind. That employee is typically a little quiet, which I'm sure comes off as "standoff-ish" to outgoing people. Personally, I go here to do business, not to chat, and my business is done quickly and efficiently. I have never had a bad experience here and the customer service has always been great for me.

My packages have always been delivered on time, which I certainly can't say for the USPS, who likes to lose my mail and tell me it's not their fault. I will definitely continue to use UPS whenever I can and will continue to use this particular UPS Store.

I've been to this store many times, usually early in the morning. I'm always greeted and thanked for my business. Su is the only employee I've ever interacted with and she is WONDERFUL! Perpahs she's the store owner?! Shes always organized and happy to help. I also love how early this location opens! Best UPS store in The Springs by far!

This store is beyond excellent. I have been using it for seven years.

You can show up with stuff in a bag, like I did with snacks for my niece a couple days ago, and the owner or assistants will neatly pack it all in a secure box, seal it, and print out the label. Fast and easy, sure better than I pack at home.

The wait time is not long, and the service is super polite.

I have used the shipping services of this particular UPS store for many years and have always had the best experience. I never use the post office anymore as this store is always fast and efficient in processing my packaging. Nothing is ever lost or delayed.

The owner is a sweet lady. She is on top of her stuff, despite how busy she gets. I've used her for over 5 years and any "Issues" I have are easily worked out when we just communicate. I appreciate this store.
