NAPA Auto Parts - Havana Auto Parts

Some years ago a friend of mine told me "If you need auto parts, go to NAPA. They will usually have what you need."
He was right. The things I wanted were unusual but they were in stock! I'm glad I listened to my friend.

This store is great for all of the odd parts one may need for an older vehicle. It seems they're usually a bit more expensive, but it is a "you get what you pay for" industry. The competitors were unable to procure an O2 sensor and anything other than the defective Duralast fuel filter for my Bronco II. These guys had both in stock and ready to go! Appreciate the businesses that are willing to create a little space for the parts less likely to be sold. Thanks NAPA.

Great service vary nice people

Josue was extremely patient and insightful. He listened and laid out my options and best course of action. He troubleshot my issue as if it were his own. The store even sent out a tech (I was broken down nearby) with a portable starter. At the end of the day, Josue was even able to point me to a nearby shop that took care of me same-day. Thank you

Employees still needed training but the lead on site was patient and able to train as well as conduct business without causing any delays.

Great service, great staff

They always have the parts and supplies I need to fix and take care of my vehicles. The prices are what I expect for the quality of the parts. If they don't have something at the local store they can get next day from their depot. Good people and good stuff for cars and trucks.

These guys are very knowledgeable. Parts galore and they can even match your auto paint exactly. Helped me with a lot of problems other stores closer to my home couldn't figure out. Best auto parts store around by far.

Enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff, happy and ready to help. Also, they called me as soon as my parts arrived in the store so I didn't sit around waiting for parts all day, which has happens often at different locations.

If it wasn't for the hard work Rosa puts into making sure I got everything for my items that I've ordered, the place would be a nightmare. 5+ stars all thanks to Rosa!

I do not usually do this type of thing, but I think that an old gal like myself would like to speak about her experience. I went in on friday to the napa store to purchase a battery. It was my first time being at an intimidating place like this, especially since I do not know anything about cars. I walked in the store and immediately found the batteries, I heard a hello and proceeded to walk to the batteries. A few minutes later a young man walked up to me and asked if he could help me find anything, I told him I was looking for a battery for my car but was not sure exactly what I needed. He went outside to my car, asked if he could test my battery and did all this with a smile. He told me my battery was good and it just needed a pretty good charge, so I told him I would return later. I went to grab my daughter and explain to her what this young man had told me and she said it would be better to replace now. I went back in a couple of hours later and to my surprise this youngman remembered me and asked if he could take the battery from my car. I told him we would be purchasing a new one, and again with a smile he said he would be happy to help. He gave us prices on them and kept us laughing throughout the time we were there making this experience a wonderful one for myself. This youngman does not know this, but because of him I have smiled this whole weekend. I recently lost my husband and he was the one that did all the car things. All because of this experience and because of this youngman I know I will be returning back to this napa, thank you hasua and thank you for making this old gal feel pretty.

Dennis and Rosa are awesome! They have been at this Napa Auto Parts Store along time and they know there stuff with parts and cars. I highly recommend that all customers that shop there should go those 2 team players.

I have been dealing with these folks for over 20 years.. have always went out of their way to find the right part.. todays cars .. can have a few different ones for the same job.. friendly people has auto paint .. big plus for me.. big parking lot for my tow truck to get in and out.. and park.. check it out on Google satellite..

Napa is a great place to get your parts every time I go in they treat me with respect and they always go out of there way to satisfy me I give it a five star rating I don't know what to do without such a great place thank you all for being such a great place to shop and Jari's I give him a ten please don't ever lose him thank you and may your company be blessed Steve Martinez

I've been dealing with Napa for over a decade and what sets these guys apart from the others is service and attention to detail. Great for older cars and hard to find stuff too. Dennis and Eva always seem to find exactly what you're looking for.

Great people and trustworthy auto p parts. My father and I have been found to that store ever since it opened at Chambers and Colfax and we have been treated great each visit.

Napa on Chamber's is the place for auto parts. I was greeted at the door the customer service rep immediately directed me to where my item was located. I recommend to all my friends and friends!

There are only two places in town that mix automotive paint, and this is the only one that does it right. Worth any drive, worth any wait, these guys are absolutely amazing.

1st Class service and help. They had every part i needed and mixed paint in an aerosol spray can!! Great folks working there.
