Deer Park Lumber Company

I ran into Deer Park Lumber Co looking for a few things I didn’t know if they would have. It was a very nice hardware store and pleasant people working there helping me find the things I needed. They had a larger variety than I expected an I definitely will be dropping by more often. Thanks for the help a kindness!

they were very helpful with getting a replacement key for my vehicle. they also did it very quickly and all with wonder quality and great customer service

I usually run in for some things i need for a few projects. They always have the friendliest and helpful people working there, not to mention that even the contractors that go in there will also put some suggestions into what you are trying to do. I had one that I needed some ideas for just this past week, and as i was talking to one of the workers, one of the upper management person happen to over hear the conversation. He stopped and gave a suggestion. What he was suggestion was perfect, but i told him it was really more than what i wanted to pay since it was coming out of my pocket and not my employers pocket. He said no, it's not coming out of your pocket, it's coming out of ours. He told the employee to give me whatever it was i needed. I was about in tears when i left there. It wasnt expensive, but when your on a budget, everything is expensive. It was so kind of them to do this for me. A huge, Texas sized shout out to you THANK YOU!!!

I've been coming to this store since 8th grade, that's when we moved to LaPorte. I honestly can't remember ever having anything but an excellent experience with the stuff I've had the pleasure of interacting with. Today I was in the store getting supplies and materials for my boss! And of course once again I had an excellent experience with your sales associates and the cashier. So thank you!

Service is second to none. Someone will ask you if you need help and point you in the right direction. They are well stocked but as with my case if they are out they have no issue with giving you information to hep you get what you need down the street.

I went in today for paint, painting supplies, molding, some electrical components and have used them quite a bit in the past. Service was good, all my questions were answered and prices were reasonable. It is a bit more expensive than Walmart or the big box hardware stores, but it's worth it to avoid long lines and big crowds and receive one on one service without having to hunt someone down (who may or may not be able to help you). It's a chance to support local business as well. While a lot of their business is undoubtedly industrial, you're treated as if your shopping matters just as much.

Just what I need every time. They have power tools, lumber, concrete accessories you name it! Contractor sales staff is knowledgeable and helpful every time no matter how busy they are. They no longer are home building based but if you need anything industrial or commercial they will find a way to get it for you as fast as possible. These guys deliver to job sites all over Harris County and beyond. Fast. They definitely have my business because of how quick they deliver my materials.

Went in looking for something by the wrong name. As soon as started to describe it the guy took me right to it. Great service.

I always find what I need. And, this store is centerally located in Deer Park. It's time saving to not have to drive to Lowes for basic items.

Nice friendly place to shop, we’ve been doing business with them for over 30 years.

This was the only hardware store open during the floods from hurricane Harvey. We went to two walmarts, home depot, lowes and mccoys in the passadena/deerpark area and they were all closed.
We found a small hole in our roof during the hard rains and needed some roofing tar to prevent further problems. They had everything we needed. Thank you for not only having what we needed but for knowing people needed you to be open during this time.
