Use this store all the time returning amazon stuff. They are fast and courteous.

I will say this, of all the complaints on tape, it's pretty common practice for shipping stores to charge for taping. Some don't but many do. For the amazon label or tape issue, I've had a few returns that required the item to be boxed and use the label they provide when you initiate the return request. Initially it will say no box necessary but few will have additional measures. Lastly, places like this always charge for printing. I don't know any place that wouldn't charge it or for any use of supplies. As a small business owner that does regular shipping for past 20 years, all your complaints are common practice for shipping places like this and at the end of the day, who are you to tell him what to charge or do. Like anything else, if you don't like it, go else where. There's a great place on clear lake city blvd and one on el camino that i used to use regularly.

This store to extreme personal care to package family valuables to ship across the U.S. When I had tracking issues, they helped me and called me to keep me updated. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Fantastic customer service. Thank you.

I received excellent service at this store! I have used The UPS Store in my home state, and when I needed to ship boxes to myself it was so easy to get the paperwork in place. The woman at the desk was kind and helpful. I also needed to ship some delicate woodwork, as well as a box of valuable glassware, and all arrived safe and sound. The glassware was individually wrapped in blue bubble wrap so that I could easily find each piece in the white peanuts. I am very pleased with the service and care at this store, and the manager, Ephraim, was considerate and kept me apprised of their process to pack and ship my delicate items. He also did a follow up call to make sure that everything arrived safely. I highly recommend this location and staff.

I have been using this location for more than 17 years, they are prompt and professional in everything they say and do. Even when there is a problem, they are willing to work with you to resolve any challenges.

I had to mail a package out of the country and the
Owner took his time with me. My box was to tall so the owner cut down the box and tapped it all up
for me. Than came all the paper work and owner
was very patient with me!! The store was getting
busy but continue to be kind and patient with me
until everything was done.
I will continue to go there to mail packages and
also given a AARP discount on shipping the package. And will recommend the store to other
friends.

If you want things free then your living in a fantasy world. The people who are complaining about Amazon returns y’all aren’t reading the directions on Amazon, don’t blame the employees when they have to make money. The people at the ups store are kind and hardworking especially the owner. They know what they are doing and are good at it.

The man working here is super nice. He stood his ground with a customer who got upset and walked out. He was just following the law though, so I applaud him. He assisted me with shipping my package.

I have brought several Amazon returns here. The process has always been quick and easy!

Very helpful staff every time I've been there. They may not be the fastest people behind the counter, but I'll take done right over done fast any day. I even had a bizarre shipping problem -- two synths weighing 30 pounds -- and they managed to protect it and box it for me, no problems.

The man working here is so nice. Idk what the bad reviews are for. I don't think people read the directions for their Amazon returns lol. Next time make sure you're ordering from Amazon and not a third party and READ the fine print before doing anything.

I've used this UPS store for several years and have been very pleased. The employees are unfailingly courteous and helpful. My packages are shipped or delivered without any problem. I recommend them highly. Thanks UPS!

No matter what time of day I come into this location not how busy the staff are, they take their time to listen to my needs and satisfy my need for help. I could drive to FedEx closer to my house but I drive here for the super great service I always receive. Thank you.

The manager was very helpful in helping me send back two amazon packages for free when I didn’t come in with the correct labeling. He walked me through how to get a code. I appreciate his help.

The workers there know exactly what they are doing when I give them my packages to pack and they do it with ease and very efficiently.
