Ross Dress for Less

Cashiers are friendly and security is nice and always greets us. The store is organized which is rare since every other Ross I've been to is always messy. Lines are sometimes long but that is to be expected.

Best girls day outing everrr with our oldest graduating granddaughters and their mom dress shopping on a budget and they were able to get the dresses they wanted with shoes as well and a small gift for their Mom as well for being Supermom )))
Best perk was the help of the dressing room attendant and all of her lovely advice and recommendations. She went beyond in helping assist us and made us feel so welcomed on this special day!!! They need more valuable employees like here...and a definite raise indeed!!!!

I wanted to redo my bathroom in yellow and add some silver to my bedroom. I found everything I needed and spent way less than I thought I would. I found this great clock and these wonderful key holders

A picture is worth a thousand words so they tell us. This is how much I love Ross and you will be the first to he personally invited into my closet. Pay special attention to the shoes because 90% of them have come from Ross as recently as the three new pair I bought today when I went in to exchange something that we once more to get the credit and leave the store.
You cannot beat this place if you need an outfit ,accessories anything for your bathroom small Furniture items that are always unique and many many other finds.

Always Very clean and mostly tidy and organized. Organized chaos but that's only some isles. The staff is always wonderful, and they are hardworking. One of my favorite Rosses.

I really like their prices and they have a huge selection of just about anything anybody needs. Plus they have a lot of great soaps and body washes and things like that that are very much discounted as far as everything else in the store it's terrific. If you trying to save some money don't hesitate to go there you should find everything that you're looking for

Amazing store, prices are wonderful, it is just people let kids open, damaging and throwing items all around even grow up ladies doing same bad behavior.

Great prices and selection. The employees at this location were very kind and helpful. Typically if I visit off-price department stores the employees seem angry to be there and are rude to you, but not the case with this Ross.

Very organized and customer service great

I love Ross but be careful when you buy any carpeting from them. Carpet beetles might hitch a ride. I never even knew what a carpet beetle was until I bought a rug from them and it's it's not even a big rug it's about the size of my couch. So it would be best if you bought a rug from them to vacuum it a lot before you put it down and get comfortable with it.

Had a really great experience this week at Ross! I really received great customer service from the department I expected the least which was the fitting room. The lady, Ms. Martha was very attentive and polite, she even helped me find a great pet bed for my pup after I tried on some dresses. So friendly! Hope all other stores can have friendly faces like that!

They do observe social distancing.. There's someone greeting you at the door, and you can see them actively cleaning after customers at the register, enforcing masks and everything. The new selection of clothes are really nice too with great deals anytime!

These people are so funny and friendly! I came in literally 30min before they closed at 11pm and they were joking with me and having a good time (I would’ve been like who is this and why are they coming in right before we close..)

Crazy selection and prices. Hard workers.

Customers apparently throw everything on the floors which is unfortunate for them but they were just killing it. Ended up buying 2 pairs of shoes for a great deal and will definitely be back to pick up more.

Nice friendly staff, they are always trying to keep things nice but the customer's who shop here are slobs but the staff tries. They always have new items usually on a daily basis except on weekends. And a little fyi if you are a women with little feet like a 7 or 8 in ladies you might be able to fit in a kids shoe size like a 5 or 6 so you might be able to catch a deal there, always check their clearance for sales at all stores cause you will probably be able to find something good and ask the mgr. For a discount if an item is damaged or dirty etc. Cause they will usually give some form of discount, but you need to make sure you really want that item cause if they discount it there is no returns or exchanges, I figured I would give you just some little discount info. Cause the store staff tries to be as fast as they can and as neat as they can be.

A nice clean place to shop. Sometimes parents let their kid run around like they’re not used to being in public even though employees make an announcement to keep your kids with you. When you have that many people shopping I know you don’t want to lose money because at Ross you never know what kind of deals you may find. Shoes can sometimes marked down so low, I tell myself I might have to sacrifice even though I have too many already. Sacrifice to get the shoes and then you find something else to buy. Ross is a good place to shop because you don’t have to walk into a giant store and get lost trying to find one item. Ross provides a small store with close to the same amount of item choices as a large store. Other stores have a lot of the same items while Ross have a few of each. Cool with me. I can go to another location and find the item if I’m lucky. Ross is kinda like a thrift store( not saying used). If you see something you want and contemplate, come back the next day it might be gone. It might be gone while you’re still shopping around. Been a Ross shopper since the Beechnut@ Gessner location opened. Sometimes I overspend and I keep my receipt. They have a 30 day return policy. I find it hard to return something because when you go back you find something else to buy and maybe end up keeping the item you wanted to return and purchase something else. They greet you as you walk in the door. The only store I know that does that. I don’t like being followed around when I go to shop. Ross doesn’t do that. The music they have in the background is always cool. I notice women in the men’s section often and ask myself,”why couldn’t I have a woman like that?” Sometimes they ask me to compare shoes. Which one do you think he’ll like? I give an honest answer. Some you guys owe me. I know kids will be kids but I prefer kids with manners, or a least parents who teach their kids how to act in public. Other than the kid situation, Ross still is my store above others

I was thinking about big shops with famous trade marks and how they can survive in a tough COVID times?
Ross shops are different. You can always find a good produscts with good labels for a fragment of original price. How they can succeed in today's economy. Well, I can see a lot of products on the shelfs an lots of customers. They have a good quality and affordable prices. Sounds familiar? Easy to do? No. They want happy customers and I am the one.
