Kyle was fantastic. I have a Surface Duo 2 (weird phone) and wanted to set up a prepaid eSim. Despite this difficult combination, he managed to figure out under time pressure how to work with my particular phone that he has never seen before and debug issues with it on connecting to T-Mobile. Best customer service I have ever received in a phone store.

Worked with staff to replace a phone with the replacement coverage. Terrific help and service. My phone was replaced in a couple of days, and the staff had everything switched over in about an hour.

Our recent experience couldn't have been better! Kyle and Steven took care of us as if we were family. They presented us with many options to choose from and helped us select the most appropriate option. Excellent experience. Friendly, efficient service. Highly recommend.

I hesitated moving from Verizon because Verizon is not customer service oriented and thought all providers are the same. T-MOBILE service was amazing! I got an unlimited phone plane, a new phone, and a modem saving me over $100 a month.

I had to head in to get my phone unlocked, not a huge issue, but Alex did a wonderful job her customer service is next level. There’s few times when i’m blown away by someone doing their job well but she really went above and beyond to explain the issue i was having and talked me through the steps she was going through to fix it, all while maintaining simple conversation. It’s not often when i truly feel appreciated as a customer and Alex has done an amazing job at making me feel just that.

I stopped in this store and was immediately helped by Ashley and her coworker. Both of them were very helpful. I cannot say enough good things about them both. Excellent customer service! I was a Sprint customer and needed to port my numbers over to T-mobile as the phone I purchased did not work on Sprint's network. Ashley had her coworker had me up and running in no time. I recommend anyone wanting excellent service to come to this store.

Alejandra was amazing and extremely helpful. She even offered to schedule time to help show me how to work my new phone. She really goes above and beyond typical customer service. I truly appreciate the time and patience she took to take care of me today. I recommend her service and this location.

Alex was terrific! She was knowledgable, helpful, and personable. She got our family setup with four new phones, all on a single plan, while having to deal with all switching from different carriers. Highly recommend!

Went back to this location to get an Apple watch and again, it was a lovely experience. Shout out Alejandra four being knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful!

Went to straighten out some things and was so glad I picked this T-Mobile store. Alejandra and Jake spent 2 hrs fixing the problem. They were fantastic. I can honestly say if it weren't for them, we probably would have given up and gone across the street to Verizon. Hands down best cellular customer service I have ever had. I thought Alex was Wonderful! She hooked up with a better phone than I had originally thought I. Could afford! She was patient and. Caring, trying to get the best deal she could for me! I'm Very pleased with my new phone and her great service!

Customer service is awesome at this location. I went in to get a tablet added to a Sprint plan; Alejandra and Kyle REALLY worked until they were able to find a solution. I sincerely thank you for all of your help!

Had to return a Gateway. We did not have enough signal strength to use this. Kyle was very patient. The TMobile POS system wouldn't allow Kyle to return unit. After 2 tries and many calls and 40 minutes... We were unsuccessful.

In the end Kyle got me a shipping label and sent this back to TMobile.

What can I say about my experience at the Maumee T-Mobile, other than it was all around amazing! From the moment I entered I was welcomed by Kyle. He introduced me to all the new varieties of the latest iPhone and truly help me figure out what phone was the best fit for me. He had very intuitive ways to really narrow my choices down. Next I finished with Alejandra! She sensed that I was apprehensive about my next big phone purchase and help ease every concern I had about the phone. She even walked me thru a crash course on everything iPhone. I couldn’t imagine not having the two of them to guide me thru this experience! Both Kyle and Alejandra were my T-Mobile guardian angels! A million thanks you you all!

Very impressed with the costumers service and management at this place. The store was clean and helpful.

I highly recommend asking for "Kyle". He is very professional and kind person. He was able to fix my account issues within minutes and was able to multitask with resolve another customer issue while I was on hold with customer service. Promote this guy now if he isn't a manager yet!

Excellent service! My family just recently wanted to change providers and T-Mobile was the right choice. Alex in the store was very personable and professional. She was knowledgeable and so helpful with switching.

Jake and Alejandra were amazingly helpful and the atmosphere of the store made me feel welcome. If you are tired of static phone services, the employees here will treat you like your problems are the world to them.

Alejandra went above and beyond to help me with my service. She was polite, respectful, and very tolerant of my lack of technology experience. As an older (Baby Boomer) I was a little apprehensive about asking for help, but she was not deaming, and I was very comfortable.
