What can I say, it’s my favorite convenience store , lots of great stuff here, tacos , finger foods etc. I pump gas here regularly , well the only place I pump gas at, staff is usually very courteous. I just wish the cherry 7-11 slushy flavor was always up and ready to rock and roll, besides that Stripes is #1 in my eyes.

It's now Seven-11 ... Laredo Taco still there . Clerks are all very friendly and heelpful

Love this new strips, hope it doesn't fall to the waterside as most others have
Although a few kitchen workers ignore ppl in line for tacos and pick and choose who they are generous to when filling orders

Sign prices do not reflect pump prices asked the cashier how do I get the dollar 1.71 price On the sign she cannot explain it and extremely rudely walked away without a word to Apparently ask her manager.
Paid in cash went to pump my gas and put in one dollar it charged me $1.81Went back in the store to get a refund and the store manager could not explain why the two prices on the sign cannot be had at the pump

I don't know if Adalia is new, but she has managed to make me 2 terrible orders within 3 days. She will never fix another taco or quesadilla for me. I used to love them before she made them. NO MAS.

This store is filthy and when I say filthy, its nasty! Stopped to get coffee and the area was dirty as it had not been cleaned in a year or more. The metal drain racks at capachino machine was so gross. The floor was filthy as well.

My real problem with this place is their lack of employees being used where they are needed.

6 a.m. - 8 a.m

The most hectic time of the day for tacos,the taco line will often be a 15-20 minute wait because they only have one person making them, or they run out of the daily special.

Then the checkout time, they often have 1 cashier and a line that doublebacks on itself another 10 minute wait..

I set my stuff down and walk out

6 month update::

-Nothing has changed,
-Taco place has since been on fire due to unaddressed grease-buildup under stainless counter. and improperly constructed half walls.

-im done.

This place is still horrible. And the Laredo taco section has no clue what is going on. They absolutely refuse to comprehend not only the English language, but also the sales and advertisements they are suppose to be serving.... you loose a $10 sale for refusing to remove a 49 cent addition to a taco that should not be charged in the first place... every other Laredo taco does it right.. this place is just... dumb

The store is generally alright minus all the broken/dirty soda machines.. the worst part is listening to the “manager” walk around and yell at employees while not doing anything himself. If you like a side of harassment with your tacos this is the place for you..

Use to love going here for breakfast tacos however, the last 5 consecutive visits have been terrible. They have been out of bacon or eggs, or something else. This morning was the last straw. Arrived at 9:50 and all they had left for eggs was chorizo and egg. I cannot eat chorizo so asked if there was anything else. They said no it was too close to lunch to make anything else since they had some sort of egg left. Spoke to manager and said we would be purchasing at least 10 tacos if we could at least just have plain eggs. The manager, Jay, said he would ask them to make it. Then the lady making the tacos said she would not make them so we left with nothing. Will not be back here.

It's hard to make a genuinely bad taco, but these folks managed it. I found myself thinking as I ate, "I'd rather be eating taco bell," and if that's not a harsh condemnation then I don't know what is.

Multiple horrible service.. today was last straw.. wait 15min to order.. then they want me to wait another 10 to cook more when there was enough to complete my order... last time i try dealing with this store.. went next door 5o whataburger instead.. took me longer to write review then it did to get food from whataburger...
