AT&T Store

Joshua Love is truly the best and most helpful person I’ve ever worked with at a phone store. I came in to help my elderly grandmother get a new phone and he walked her through every question and issue. He got us the best deal and even saved her money by changing the services she had to better fit her needs. If you want somebody kind, knowledgeable, and patient he’s your guy. Go ask for Josh, you won’t regret it!!

I came into the Airport road store with a big challenge regarding multiple phones and sales associate, Josh Love was absolutely amazing. He took his time helping me brainstorm multiple solutions and was very thorough with what would be the best for me budget wise. It’s so great knowing people are still out there that genuinely enjoy taking care of customers. He connected with me on a personal level and related to me, while still being extremely professional. I think people like Josh should be rewarded for how they care for customers just as much as their “quotas” they need to meet regarding the sales side of the job. Thank you Josh for taking a huge stress about my business and making me feel more in control!

Josh L. was AMAZING. I had a lot of stuff on my phone, so when doing the data transfer took hours (it said 8 hours at one point). He was incredibly helpful with, not only my phone, but also my mom’s. I HIGHLY recommend this store for any needs you may have.

I went to the AT&T store to transfer my account to a family plan as well as trade in my phone for a new one. Joshua Love, my consultant, who was personable and very knowledgeable, took care of me, including the flawless transfer of several pictures, apps, contacts, text messages, etc. in an amazingly short period of time!

I came in to the store intending to purchase a new Apple Watch and Josh was able to identify some extensive issues with my FirstNet account that I had no idea about. He was incredibly patient and spent literally a couple hours resolving the issue. I was able to come back again at a later date and he completed resolving the issues with my account, got my current bill amount decreased, and was able to find the Apple Watch I wanted. Josh was awesome, incredibly thorough, and was super patient with the entire process. He also assisted my mom in upgrading her devices and services and was very kind and educational.

Josh was the nicest guy and so very helpful! I was hesitant to buy an Apple Watch, but he spent time showing me how to use one and he was incredibly patient with my technologically challenged self!!! Several days later I had a few questions, went back in to see josh and he was again so helpful and informative!! THANK YOU JOSH!!!!!

Josh was absolutely wonderful! He knew what I wanted before I even knew what I wanted. Any time I need a new phone for me or anyone on my line I always wait until Josh is working. I hope that he never leaves AT&T!

Needed a new screen protector and case for my iPhone 12 and luckily got the last one. The sales attendant was wonderful and replaced my old one. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

My husband and I went in to upgrade a device and make some changes to our account. Trey was by far the most welcoming, accommodating, kind, and knowledgeable employee/manager we've ever dealt with. Another employee, I believe his name was Jacob, was also awesome in his attitude and helpfulness. We're thankful for a great experience and will visit this store again when the time comes. Thank you guys SO much!

My son card failed the other day in my iPhone 13 and the young lady at this store had my phone fixed FAST and me back on the road. Thanks so much!!!

I always have good experiences at the store on Whitesburg Dr. In Huntsville AL but my latest visit was better than any other. I needed to change our wireless plan and add a line. Josh was able to do everything I needed efficiently, pleasantly, and quickly! I highly recommend this store and Josh. I know it’s easy to say “I’ll just take care of it over the phone” and I tried that first. Going in-person to the store was well worth it!

Josh Love was an awesome representative today! Helped set up our new watches in record time and stayed overtime to ensure we were completely satisfied with everything. We will always ask for him and recommend him to all our friends!

Although I had to wait awhile to be taking care of, those two made the experience enjoyable. They were clearly short staffed and busy. Despite that, they both handled the situation with a positive attitude. They made sure to make all customers feel welcome and made a point to ensure everyone was greeted with a warm smile and upbeat attitude!

Thank you again for going above and beyond! Great customer service is hard to come by these days! So if anyone needs help I would suggest going to see these guys! ( Whitesburg store)

Jordan was especially patient and extremely helpful with assisting my wife and me in getting us set up with our own account. He was very informative and helpful in choosing a new phone and plan. The overall experience was enjoyable and was completely painless. Jordan was a true pleasure to work with.

Jordan was awesome to work with when I got my business account set up. I insisted on making an appointment with him when I needed to add some lines to my account. He was so patient and kind. It took a while to get things set up for me but working with him, the time passed quickly because he is so pleasant to work with. He needed the manager, Sancho to assist him at one point. Sancho was equally as kind and enjoyable to work with. I will remain loyal to this particular location. Excellent customer service is important to me, and that is exactly what I received when working with the staff here. I also interacted with several other employees here and every one of them was friendly and helpful. You guys are doing a great job!
