Moe did a great job helping me set up a new line and purchasing a new phone. He has great customer service and was very patient with me and all my questions. Would recommend this store to anyone. They are very welcoming and greet everyone walking in.

My husband and I went into the ATT store on Rayford by Riley Fuzzel. We were looking to update our phones and it was an easy process. The young lady who assisted us and her manager were both friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It was a pleasant experience.

The store manager, Kevin, was absolutely exceptional. We came in with a tangled mess of new wireless service issues, thanks to a confusing encounter with a click-to-chat representative who mixed up our IMEI numbers and crossed our lines. Kevin's patience was remarkable; he never once showed any frustration. Instead, he dedicated himself to resolving our problems, tirelessly working for over an hour, maybe even two, until everything was perfectly sorted. His competence and composure, despite being the sole staff member in the store, were nothing short of remarkable. We are immensely grateful for his outstanding service. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Kevin, for going above and beyond to make our experience a smooth and pleasant one!

ATT in store service was great The clerk that helped us provided all the information we needed. He set up our new phones and arranged the transfer of service to our home. He also saved us money by signing us up for veterans discount!

I recently went here to upgrade my phone. Omar was very nice, personable and knowledgeable about all the products. He helped me through the process and even checked to see if he could save me any money on my Internet and home phone. (Yes, I still have one.)
This is not the first time I’ve been to this store to upgrade my phone and it won’t be my last.

Service from Sterling was above and beyond and exceeded expectations. Came in ~20 minutes before closing to get voicemail set up on an iPhone 14. We had previously called customer service but were unsuccessful in resolving. Sterling greeted my teenage daughter and me with a smile, asked a couple of questions, and he knew right away what the likely issue was. He troubleshot within the limits of what he was authorized, but eventually had to call AT&T customer service to handle b/c was beyond his ability to resolve in the store. We went thru 3 phone agents, and the whole adventure lasted nearly an hour on the phone. The first agent hung up on us after 10-15 mins. Started over with 2nd agent who advised us to download an App, which Sterling politely pointed out was a LAN App! In fact, he told the agent what he thought the solution was, and we were passed to another agent. Started over again... eventually the issue was solved and Sterling was correct in his initial assessment of the underlying issue. Sterling was knowledgeable about the product, enthusiastic, and professional. In addition to his knowledge of the product, what stood out was how personable he was, and that he remained patient with such a positive attitude, even though it was way past closing time. He could have easily told us to come back the next day. I appreciate the commitment demonstrated to resolve the issue for my daughter. I just can't say enough about how pleased my family is with Sterling -- after the visit, I felt compelled to recognize him with 5 stars!!! He consistently provides superior levels of customer service and I highly recommend asking for Sterling on your next visit.

Only went here to activate a new SIM, but I'd imagine I'd go back if I need to make any changes to my account. Daniel was extremely helpful and patient as I tracked down some of the info needed to process the change.

IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- Dan is the man! I had to call around to check stock on phones and ask some questions about trade in and first their phone system was way better than other locations. Second Dan took great care of me checking stock and going over the trade in process etc. I live in Kingwood and will drive out to this location because they have the best customer service experience around!
