OMG!!!!!
My first time here. I waited in line maybe 5 minutes which I believe is normal time. And that taco was scrummmptious! I hope they keep up the good service! 👍

Never really have a problem with this location except for when they had card reading issues but it seems to have cleared up already. The only issue I have is with the laredo taco company, they transition to the lunch menu way too early. I walked in at 9 am expecting to order bacon and egg tacos for me and my little one and was told they can make it but I'd have to wait for them to make some more. We had to settle for what was left. Instead of them having extra breakfast prepped they had the whole lunch menu out at 9:15am. They need to do better and start lunch at 11.

The food looked dry and unpleasant. I ordered the Vaquero special and the lady taking the order was confused and seemed like she didn't know what I was talking about until I pointed at the add. When I got my food , there was about a half of a scoop in the HARD DRIED UP TORTILLA. What happened to good Mexican food. The Carne guisada looked horrible. That's usually what I get at another 7eleven. Disappointed ☹

This was my go to for gas. Not anymore. They always have pumps not working or they have card issues so you better have cash with you. I'm giving on them.

I went there about 3 months ago. Never been back. The food looked messy & dry. The lady that took my order had her cellphone on the food line & she was texting on her phone & even though she had gloves, she proceeded to pick up my tortilla and started on my tacos. That’s nasty and you’re not even supposed to have your cellphone out when you’re working with food. I told the cashier that I wasn’t paying nor wanted those tacos and I told her why. As I walked out she yells out her name, Brittany! Probably nothing was done about it and I’ve never been back since!

Old dried up food burned tortillas and all that after you wait 10 minutes in line. If you are lucky the cashier will be at their spot. But get ready for another long wait there too. None of the employees seem to care about their job or care to be there in the morning. In the afternoon its totally different young guys in there are fast quick in and out.

They have a sign at the door saying special of $6.40 when you buy 2, they also have a sign right underneath the item inside the store saying “special price of $6.40 when you buy 2” and charged me over a dollar more for each item. When i told the they said it was for a different item and screamed to the people waiting in line “sorry for the wait” trying to embarrass me for holding up the line.

When this morning to buy a breakfast burrito and the worker was throwing my food togehter and barley putting food on it, when I ask her just a little more she piled it on started to wrap it up and food was falling everywhere, i told her I didnt want that she was just throwing food together. Had to walk off and leave it. Didn't want to eat that, should take pride in what you serve or lose the business. Stripes on Monroe 77075
