AT&T Store

I highly recommend this store for excellent service. The manager and staff were attentive and displayed excellent customer service. AQ, Ph.D.

Customer service was excellent. I had all my questions answered and was setup with exactly what I wanted.

Their customer service is amazing. The team lead at the time when I was there last actually offered me a job. (His name was either Josh or Tyler. It was a couple years ago). Would like to work there one of these days when the time is right. But anyways, amazing group of people and they are a fantastic help when i have any questions.

We have a family plan with four lines. One of the lines was upgrading their phone and we'll call this line 3. The phone was ordered and shipped from AT&T but the problem was the phone was programmed with one of the other numbers from our plan, line 4 from our plan. So while trying to set up the phone with help from someone from AT&T customer service, both line 3 and line 4 were not working. My son was on the phone for over 90 minutes with customer service as the person there was just not understanding how to correct the problem. We ended up going to the Hudson store and within 15 minutes total, the staff there had the new phone working with the correct phone number and they also helped to fix the line 4 phone as well. Not just fast service but you can tell the staff at the store is very knowledgable with tech problem. Thank you very much with all of your help.

Josh and his team were all about customer service - after Courtney and her team left a year or two ago I stopped going there due to poor customer service. Josh and his team went above and beyond - even tried to help me over the phone initially- ended up going to store and I was very impressed with the fast friendly and knowledgeable service. I went into the store because I was having major problems with trying to activate and transfer data from two different Android Walmart phones I was worried that I wouldn't get any help because it's an AT&T store and just bought the phone and I am not from around here just starting over with no money I walked in and there was a gentleman named Steve who helped me I explained to him what was going on and he was kind enough to help me get through it and within 15 minutes he had everything working and running this man is a technical genius I sincerely appreciate his time effort and help and his very calm and cool laid back demeanor while I was there another lady came in and was irate about a problem she was having and gave him an extremely hard time and I sat there and watched him calmly and peacefully handle the situation like a professional I can't tell you all how much I would recommend going to the store and he deserves many praises and accolades for everything that he does and the way he handles the business

I walked in there at 7 pm on a Wednesday night needing to get myself and family on a family plan. Steve was super helpful, polite, friendly, got us every discount he could, and stayed much too late past closing in order to help us. Great employee, thank you Steve,

The person that fixed my phone was really good he He was efficient with his work. The only problem is there should have been more than one employee working because it got very busy

This store was very busy on a Thursday morning and there was only one worker, Gabby. I was really impressed with how she handled each customer. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Gabby was also great and multitasking in order to serve more than one customer at once. I’ll definitely return to this location if I need assistance

Two days in a row on Mother’s Day weekend switching phones around and uploading pictures etc. All three gentlemen working in this store did a great job. They were knowledgeable, pleasant, and courteous. Hard to find one of those qualities let alone all three in each. Great job guys! Thank you!!

Very very satisfied with my experience at this store.
Joël L was amazing. His sense of customer service is outstanding.
I was porting a google number to a new AT&T account and it was not a simple affair but Joel never gave up and finally found the glitch in the process.
In terms of the service he also tried to find me the best deal.
Because I stayed for so long I had time to observe the other people working at this place and they were very attentive to the customer needs as well.
I definitely recommend The store as I went the Verizon store the day before and was not overwhelmed with my experience.

Excellent experience. Joe Legoff was so incredibly helpful; finding a great deal for me and transferring everything from one device to the other. He took extra care to make sure I was completely happy with my new phone. He is an asset to the company.

Thank you to the new staff of the Hudson store. Brittany and Steve were so kind and easy going. When I wanted to switch my family over from Verizon, they didn’t rush at all and answered all my questions and went into detail about their promotions. I was able to save some money from my previous service along with the purchase of new phones.

I visited this location today to upgrade my iPhone. I left a happy customer with the phone I wanted. The staff was super friendly and helpful! Justin took care of everything from start to finish, and made it super easy. 5 out of 5 would recommend 😁

Ryan was the amazing young gentleman who assisted me and somehow tolerated my indecision for at least 90 minutes. He was very informative and clearly knowledgable in regards to all of the products and guided me to the phone that was right for me, but that I did not buy due to sticker shock. The poor guy missed an appointment and delayed lunch...without breaking a smile...to deal with my ridiculousness ! We instead fixed my phone that I currently have, but I will for sure go in within the next few weeks and have him assist in my new purchase!

Just left the Hudson NY, AT&T location and Customer Service Reps Joel and Melinda were great!! They were both very knowledgeable about the products and extremely polite as well as professional. Joel completed our purchase while smiling(mask on). The store was clean and labeled for social distancing!! I’ll be back in September for my uprade 💕

Austin was the best sales rep I have ever worked with. He want through many obstacles to get me what I needed. He very kind, generous, and hard working. Austin deserves a promotion!!!!
