Kim and George helped me as the store was closing. Printed my documents with a smile even though it was my fault for coming so late. No stress and they did it with a smile. I appreciated their help so much.

Office Depot on Garth rd, The customers service person who help me to find what I need, she was very nice and professional and knowledgeable and caring and Respectful, I just Thank God for her and the way she help me with what I need. I Thank her so very much for her understanding and patience with me.

They are always eager to please, polite, respectful, and helpful. I go in when I have packages to ship, and their process is quick and easy.

My shopping experience at Office Depot today was excellent. The young man who helped me (Kelly) was very friendly and knowledgeable. He is truly a benefit to Office Depot.

Usually you don't have to wait a line because you can print out your own stuff and continue.

We were really in a bind with things that we had to get printed but thank you to Christine S. And her patience and understanding we were able to get our little present printed out! I know it’s difficult to make accommodations for people but she was very gracious despite it being a Saturday evening & and so close to closing time! We extra appreciate it!

It was my very first time having to come into this location and I must say from the moment I walked in to checking out the employees were very friendly and helpful. I asked an older woman if she can tell me where the ink cartridges were located and she said, Follow me I’ll take you there. Then she asked which one I needed and I told her and she showed me the ones they had and what was best. That was great! Then I went to step in line to check out and the nice gentleman with the flattop cut called for assistance and a wonderful woman with gorgeous grey hair helped me. I wish I would’ve gotten their names because they both deserve recognition for their fantastic customer service. Most employees just want to ring you up without saying hello or asking how you’re doing and if you found everything needed. For them being busy that day they were awesome! I’m definitely coming back to this location for all my printing needs. Thank y’all for making my first time experience wonderful!

Today I had the pleasure of Kimberly assisting me to say she was an amazing is an understatement. While helping me she still managed to assist other customers! And she was in the printing area solo today! Get this woman a raise ASAP!!!!

AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING! Excellent quality! The staff is always SUPER helpful, kind, courteous, and professional. I love being in the company of people with positive energy! Christina is amazing! Although the machines were not working correctly, she remained patient and found humor at the moment. I wish other organizations had the same compassion as the staff at this location. Nettie is very dedicated! She works hard and goes above and beyond to help the team! The other manager is accommodating each time I visit. That’s why I choose to visit the Baytown, Texas location! I was in Office Depot this afternoon to use the self-service printer. I asked the young man in the printing department as question about the machines. He answered very politely and offered his help if I needed it. He helped get me started and even had a couple of suggestions to keep me from making a mistake and having to pay for copies that I could not use. I had troubled with one of my pages and he brought up my file on his computer so I could make a quick edit instead of having to drive all the way home to do it. He was so helpful. The epitome of excellent customer service. I was shopping around the store before I left. The manager asked if I needed help. I told him about how helpful the young man in the printing department had been. He told me that the best way to show my appreciation was to write this review. I asked for the young man's name and the manager told me it is Zach. Well Zach, thank you again for your professionalism and great customer service. I also want to commend you for also looking professional. Not many young people working in retail are as well-groomed as you. It really shows that you pay attention to details. You should be very successful in what ever profession you choose with your appearance and great customer service skills.
