Thank you so much to Home Depot, South Brunswick and manager Joe for helping us spoil our local elementary school teachers during Teacher Appreciation week with beautiful plants! We appreciate your kindness and helpfulness! Highly recommend this location!!

This is a large Home Depot, with all the usual things one can buy at a DIY store. Like
Lumber, Plumbing, Building, Painting plus ideas, furniture, gardening tools, soil, sand. They also rent out tools. The parking is not an issue, the whole store is wheelchair friendly. They have self checkout that can speed up (and sometimes slow down) the checkout.

This is my local home Depot and as a contractor my husband and I go there every day. One thing I would note is that Anne works here ☺- she is the only person in the store that can handle every single saw and every sheet of plywood. I'm not joking she is the most helpful and able human being I have met - and she still remembers to ask about our wedding, our home projects, our work projects. It's really incredible. I cannot emphasize enough how lucky you are if she is working when you go in there, impossible tasks/orders are accomplished easily and I have never encountered anyone like her elsewhere 👌👌

CSR Anusha was really patient and helpful with our returns as it got a little complex. And overall always nice associates in this location.

I usually order online and pick up in the pick-up box they text you when it's ready if you don't have time to run into the store this works great.

Maritza at the Pro Desk is amazing. We are doing a deck project with a deadline. As things go, some glitches happen. The last one I noticed was today. We had multiple step railing kits and not the horizontal railing kits we needed. I called the Pro desk at 4:56 and Maritza was working with a customer and promised to call me back so I could order the correct kit. She did exactly that and helped keep us on schedule by not having to wait until tomorrow to place the order. Thank you, Maritza! Through out our project, multiple employees have exihibited above and beyond customer service. I am including Priti who placed the initial order, Yasmine who modified our order and ensured everything she ordered was correct and Michelle who always exemplifies amazing customer service and really makes the customer feel special.

Great customer service and staff. I am an aspiring Eagle Scout from Troop 10, Monmouth Junction. Anthony from the lumber department helped me out with planning my project and the store generously donated wood to my Troop. I appreciate their support. Definitely reccomend.

I wanted to leave a good review for this Home Depot because the lady cashier in the garden center is such a pleasant person. She was not only always pleasant with me, but I see that she is nice and professional to all customers before me as I wait in line. I feel like horrible people always get recognized for doing horrible things in this day and age, I hope her boss sees this review and appreciates her for her hard work.

I was able to find the items that I needed with the help of an employee & then another helped me checkout at the self-check lane because my hands were full. This experience was better than a previous when employees stood around talking instead of offering to check us out in a mostly empty store. However, the lady at the paint counter was very courteous & helpful during that prior store visit as was an individual who helped with my smoke alarm purchase.

This Home Depot has improved with their customer service. Many staff at this location are empathetic to their customers’ needs lately that I would like to mention specifically an associate named Gladys from the paint department. The computer was down at first but she was able to rectify the situation eventually. All in all the the people who were lined up were attended to in a timely manner. A plus for home depot.

We visited this location on March 5th 2023 to purchase tiles etc for renovating 3 bathrooms in our house. For 20 minutes we could not get anyone to help us. Till MR Greg tobious approached us. Upon talking with him we learned it was his 4th day on the job . Needless to say he went out of his way to help us and get the help we needed with the purchase and this 65 year old gentleman loaded all the tiles in our car and refused a hefty tip we offered in appreciation. Needless to say had it not been for Greg we would have left in frustration. 5 stars ⭐ for excellent customer service 👍🏼

I am a regular customer and the staff is friendly and helpful. If you buy power tools be sure to open them in the store so the employees can help you if the batteries were stolen. You're out of luck otherwise. If you sign up for a Pro account, you can get greater discounts

Extremely helpful! Went there multiple times a day while I was renovating my bathrooms and the staff were always ready to give advice and help me make difficult decisions.

(7/16/2022) Shout out to Bill in the PVC pipes and fittings department. Guy knows his stuff. I had a complicated configuration that I needed to replicate and Bill was technically excellent and his customer service attitude was superb. Whatever you did to hire and retain him, keep doing it! He is a superstar.

I love shopping at Home Depot. The staff are always helpful and understand the meaning of one's budget. They are always willing to give you more than one option. In these times this is a plus for customers.

I came into the SB store today and had the pleasure of meeting Laura and Sid in the paint department...they were wonderful!
I was in the midst of collecting a number of supplies for some home DIY projects and was a bit frazzled. I had many questions about the type of paint and supplies etc... I needed for a project. Both Laura and Sid were patient, kind, and full of information.
