While I was neither impressed with or dissatisfied with the store itself, one employee stood out. A very nice young man, Jovon took his time as I explained exactly what I was looking for, even though the front staff told me I should check other stores. Jovon was well versed with the stores stock and was able to locate exactly what I was looking for. Thank you, young man!

Went in for swimming goggles, picked a mid-priced pair. They rang up higher but the cashier was kind and called the manager whom was very nice and fixed it without question. Very good customer service. Doesn't happen very often.
Side note: Hy-vee's policy is If a price is incorrect it is free. A lot of times they just want to give you the actual price. Tell them that you know the policy and that it should be FREE.

Went in today to look for a new bike. Sam greeted me right away and showed me some good deals. Then Dave came and tuned it up before practically riding out the door. The team was very knowledgeable and passionate as they hand built them. Thank you, very impressed with service and deal.

Marcus went above and beyond to make our shopping experience the best. It was an extremely busy day at the store and Marcus made sure to explain everything to us. He called a different store to see if they had another product we needed. He helped us to the register with our purchase. He was absolutely amazing!!

Always love coming here. There's such a wide variety of stuff. I always end up leaving with something new. Great deal on the zero gravity chairs and might I say they were an awesome investment! The cashiers are always ready to help and make sure I'm signed up for/have an account with them. No bad words here!

This place is really fun to shop at and has nearly every sport you might want. I went in for golf stuff and found a bin for a driver head protector for $4.99. They also have a fitting room for clubs which is a nice bonus.

The prices were better than I thought they would be. Good location in Gateway. They had some nice boxing equipment that I probably will purchase on my next visit. They also had some quality tents and camping equipment.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had an exchange and even though they did not have my size the manager and the customer service both helped me find my size online and placed the order to be shipped directly to my home.

I'll start off with they didn't have what I needed. But the clerk recommended a competitor that had the item in stock. Honesty and integrity reflects well on a store. 5 stars for that and will go there if I need something they offer.

An awesome store for all types of sports! Service is always awesome, and employees go the extra mile to satisfy you! Store is super huge, and prices are way better than Scheels. A great selection of anything sports can be found here. Black Friday sales were amazing too!

The guys in the shoe Dept helped me find the best fitting pair of shoes I have ever owned in my life. They are so comfortable. You have a returning customer for sure!

A nice store with a lot of variety.Clothes aren't cheap and not a lot of sizes to choose from in the men's khaki section. Staff was helpful. It was what I expected it to be.

Nice newer store with plenty of staff to help and answer questions. So much easier for me to go here than to have to go all the way down to Scheels at Southpoint.

Newly opened store. Not a lot of employees and still putting out inventory, but were able to find what I needed and were friendly. Noted floor needs to be cleaned under the racks, though.
